The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Presentation was beautiful, setting lovely and staff went beyond making us comfortable. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed them greatly . The gardens and views were outstanding and only wish we could have spent time on the porches. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We were surprised not to be in the Inn and had to go back and forth for breakfast. But it turned out to be easier than we thought it would be. Parking was an issue at both residences. Were surprised not having a small elevator for taking up luggage to the third floor but did have help getting the stuff up. My only real complaint was the small bed was super uncomfortable. I give it an F

We stayed in the Chateau. It would have been nice to have hot water available for tea and coffee options throughout the day. Rather than individuals having to make coffee or heat water in the microwave for tea. Especially in the morning. It would be awesome to get if a couple of the fireplaces could be converted to gas or electric, given all the beautiful fireplaces.

Delicious breakfast. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. The menu well-planned for variety each day. Homemade meals. Good strong coffee!

A very rude woman (guest) cut in front of my husband and me at breakfast one morning in order to get the table she wanted. The Rittenhouse restaurant host allowed her to do so instead of respecting that my husband and I had arrived first and had been waiting over ten minutes to be seated while the host had been talking on the phone. The woman (guest) presented as white (blonde) and privileged. I am a person of color. It was very disrespectful. I wish the host would have been more attentive and sensitive to what was happening.

Rooms were beautiful, breakfasts were excellent.

Due to using Booking our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator.

The breakfast was good, the staff was nice, but we had to drive to a different building.

The add said view of the water. Our room was on the back looking at a roof and a chimney. Had a 2 nite minimum booking for $400.00 / nite. $800.00 for no view, no TV, and had to park in the yard.
