Breakfast wasn't great, but it had some things to hold us over till lunch. I wish the would change their coffee brand. This one isn't very good. We have had better coffee in the past at this location.

Our bathroom had a cat pee smell. I know that pets are allowed and I love this location for that, but the smell of cat pee lingers and is very strong if not cleaned up correctly (I know, cause we have 7 cats). Other than that all was as expected.

I was very impressed with the customer service, very professional and respectful to everyone 👏. The place was renovated from top to bottom..the breakfast area was very clean.and the food was hot..my room was super comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. The outside area was kept clean .the front door was locked at certain times, for security only customer with their room card could enter.

The breakfast was amazing! No complaints about the food area. The room was really nice and comfortable. The mattress was the best we ever had slept!!!

The boxes were everywhere that were unpacked. I understood they were trying to set up new furniture, but we weren't comfortable walking by the boxes. The toilet was pretty too low. It was awkward.

Great variety of breakfast each day. Quiet area, loved that they have pool, jacuzzi, pool table and games. Staff was super nice and towels were restocked while we went out. Great pricing as well.

It was a continental breakfast. Very satisfactory for what we expected. Eggs weren't very good though.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like, but just a standard hotel for the price we paid. We got in late and left early so didn't have a chance to use any of the facility besides our room.

The location was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond. The first room was very nice but had a strange smell. Even though it was 10pm, she jumped into action and got us another room. She even followed to make sure it met our satisfaction. Also, the breakfast staff kept asking if we needed anything else, even bringing out a new kind of bagel for us to try. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was great because it was close to the park we were going to for a reunion. King sized bed was very comfortable. We did not have a chance to swim in the pool, but it did look amazing!

Our room wasn't available at check in time due to staff shortage ( which is getting to be the typical excuse), and they wanted to give us a suite for the price of a King. The suite was really not of use to us, so we declined. We did have to wait for about 15 minutes more, but we were given a different King room. The room also had a dirty towel in the bathroom hanging over the tub.

The rooms were updated very nice.

The beds were very hard not comfortable. Also not enough garbage cans in room. Also they should be a garbage can in the gaming room which there was not.

The facility had recently renewed all the furniture and floors and remodeled the bathrooms. Nice pool, hot tub and breakfast. .

There was nothing I disliked.
