I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wellness Park Hotel in Samarkand with my family, and I can't say enough about our wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that continued throughout our entire stay. What truly stood out to us was the hotel's commitment to inclusivity and wellness. As a family with a child who has autism, finding accommodations that cater to our needs can be challenging, but the Wellness Park Hotel exceeded our expectations. The spa oxygen chamber was a unique and rejuvenating experience that left us feeling refreshed and revitalized. It was clear that the hotel's facilities are designed with utmost care, offering a range of amenities that cater to various needs. The serene atmosphere of the hotel provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, allowing us to unwind and connect as a family. Beyond the exceptional facilities, the staff's attentiveness and genuine concern for our comfort made a lasting impression. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable truly made us feel valued as guests. The Wellness Park Hotel's dedication to creating a welcoming environment for families is evident in every aspect of their service. Given the hotel's commitment to wellness and inclusivity, it would be great to see a more diverse range of dishes that cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions. Additionally, some more innovative and flavorful choices on the menu could elevate the dining experience to match the excellence found in other areas of the hotel

Hotel is very new, all facilities are very much high quality. Bed and pillows were just perfect for our best sleep during our trip. The breakfast was outstanding. Massage is excellent. The whole area is very green and quiet. It’s not in central but you can get taxi easily and it doesn’t cost you much money at all. All the staffs were very attentive and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotel in whole Uzbekistan.

Nothing that we didn’t like. It could be nice that if the hotel has a pool.

Turistik ərazidə, kanalın kənarında yerləşir. Yaxınlıqda restoran, musiqili fontan, “su dünyası” adlandırılan hovuz var. Gün batımını izləmək həvəsində olanlar üçün əla məkandır. Kanalın sahilində gün batımını izləmək olur. Mən gün çıxımını da otağımın pəncərəsindən izlədim. Birinci mərtəbədə bar var. Çox təəssüf ki, saat 23:00-a qədər fəaliyyət göstərir. Personal mehribandır. Xüsusilə Nəzirə xanıma təşəkkürümü bildirirəm. Bacardığı qədər köməklik göstərməyə cəhd edirdi. Çox mehriban və gülərüz idi. İkinci mərtəbədə tibb mərkəzi var. Çox təəssüf ki, mən hoteldə qaldığım sonuncu gün bundan xəbərdar oldum. Yaxşı masaj və digər xidmətlər təklif olunur. Qiymətləri də münasibdir.

Everything except the location. Super helpful staff. Thank you Nazira, for guiding us about the local attractions. The hotel is super clean, super comfortable and modern. Eternal city, right next to the hotel, is a good lively place to be at. The bed linen was exceptional.

There were so many health facilities available at the hotel which we learnt about on our last day. The staff at the reception should have informed us about all these offers and facilities. The location is VERY far from the main city but Yandex is easily available.

I can't express how lucky I feel that I experienced this exceptional stay. I came here with my husband for eight nights and surely I wish I could stay more. The facilities of the hotel are brand new and the location is more than heavenly. It's located inside the Silk Road Touristic facility. It's five minutes walk from the eternal city, which is exceptional and ten minutes walk from the fountain lights show. Food was really tasteful and of great quality, freshly made every time. But lete tell you about that extra thing that made this hotel exceptional°it was it's staff! Every one, the boys in the reception, the waiters and the waitresses, were beyond polite and friendly. Very kind and helpful, they tried to make our stay even more relaxed, with a smile on their faces,seemed so kindhearted that they made us feel like home. I really miss the staff. I can assure you they are the heart of this hotel. We will surely come back to visit this place again.

The variety of breakfast was awesome, We were upgraded to a room with kitchen. Personel were kind and helpful. You could find English and Turkish speaking personel. The hotel was built at a new developping area where a resort was contrıucted (surrounding an artifical pond). There are impressive play grounds and a shopping city (the ethernal city) in that resort. Entry to the resort via a controlled entry point and a barrier. They charge a parking fee to the locals but hotel customers receive a free exit ticket from the reception.

Exit from the resort could be managed by licence plate recognition system because sometimes I forgot to get the free exit ticket from the reception and I had to drive all the way back to the hotel.

Everything was clean every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet with a lots of food and drinks options. You can take away a coffee. Hotel taxis were reliable with charge rates $1 per kilometer which was fine (E.g 7 kilometers from airport). You could make a tea or coffee in the room and every day you get 2 bottles of 500ml to drink. Room was spacious with many lights options.

Unfortunately, the city and grocery stores are too far from the hotel so the only option is to take a taxi. But it really wasn’t a big problem, just ask at the reception.

Entry to the resort via a controlled entry point and a barrier. They charge a parking fee to the locals but hotel customers receive a free exit ticket from the reception.

Since the room was designed for disabled people, there was no shower cabin in the bathroom. There was only one drain hole in the shower area but no drain hole in the rest of the floor, so water accumulated on the floor because there was no drain hole. It was really annoying that we had to use towels to collect the accumulated water. To exit from the resort you should get a free exit ticket from the reception but sometimes I forgot it and had to drive back all the way to the hotel.
