I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say that it's the best hotel I've stayed in during my time in Uzbekistan. The exceptional service provided by the entire staff was truly unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we interacted with, including Mr. Savlat, was warm, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. I want to extend my special thanks to Mr. Savlat, who went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a huge difference in our experience. He arranged a city tour for us and the team also allowed us to check out late as a complimentary gesture. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay feel luxurious. The high-tech bidet in our room was a delightful surprise - it was easy to use and added an extra touch of luxury to our bathroom experience. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious! Freshly cooked dishes, a wide variety of options, and a lovely atmosphere made mornings a joy. During our tour, we were also assisted by a very friendly driver who despite not speaking English fluently, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. He even tried his best to communicate with us through gestures and smiles, which added to the charm of the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon!

One small suggestion I would make is that it would be wonderful if the hotel had a vending machine available for late-night snacks or drinks - it would be a great convenience for travelers like me who are up late and craving something sweet or savory. I would still very much recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Samarkand. Despite this minor drawback, the exceptional service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall hospitality make this hotel a standout choice!

I like everything, every corner, and every staff- they are very helpful and accomodating and smiling all the time.. the facility is very clean and superb!!! oh my!! i will surely come back with this place, they give me the room with the view, and helps me a lot to relax and everything!! Very good location in Samarkand City. Breakfast very good with choice of fresh food. Room very quiet and well equipped. Nice linen, very comfortable beds. Mr. Savlat was more than helpful with any request. He assisted us with lot of kindness to help us on our way to Bukhara. His help has been fundamental to realize a dreaming trip in Uzbekistan. Thank you Mr. Savlat!

The receptionists were so nice. I have traveled to many places but I never met so helpful receptionists. Mushtariy helped me a lot with the things I need for the Airport in other hotels i didnt receive that much help. I will definitely visit this hotel again when I visit Uzbekistan. I stayed in Hotel Bactria. I walked around the hotels of the cluster Wellness and met "Savlat - the administrator" of front office in another hotel. He helped me and solved all my problems and delegated with my questions. In additions He told me about the city and where I can find delicious meals. I am very grateful to him. There are very vivid emotions and memories of the trip to Samarkand
