I booked this hotel for my mom and she loved everything about her stay. She was happy with service quality, the facilities, the room and the swimming pool. Because she liked the hotel so much, I booked another almost a week-long stay for her at this same hotel right after this booking finished. She was especially thrilled to meet Maria and Alexander from hotel staff, and was very pleased with their attitude and professionalism. She noted that it was always a pleasure to talk with them, she would like to thank them for their support and all the help.

The breakfast was good lots of variety - the staff were in the main helpful polite and courteous - in particular Zarifa was a star - she was able to adapt to our needs could see we were exhausted from a long journey and did her best to make us feel comfortable and welcomed - a real credit to the hotel - demonstrating professionalism courtesy and friendliness

Location is far from the old city but taxis easily take you there and back

REPEAT STAY! We loved our stay this time with kids. Main attraction to this hotel was Samarkand New City complex. Great view on the rowing canal.

Make breakfast cheaper, like $10, then we will do breakfast also with you! THANKS!

My stay was truly exceptional—I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this before. The room was luxurious and spacious, definitely 5-star quality. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. Everything about the room was perfect, and the view from my window was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like a premium experience from start to finish.

I arrived in the first week of April, and the room was very hot initially. I had to call reception, and they sent someone to turn off the heating system. After that, the AC wasn’t working properly at first, but once the technician came and fixed it, everything was fine. It would have been better if the temperature control was checked before my arrival.

Room, breakfast, spa.. everything was perfect! Definitely we will come back again.

Public areas were too cold.

We loved our stay here. There were some complications but Alexander and Maria handled the situation with highest level of professionalism. Their attitude towards clients is extremely respectful and empathetic. They make the client’s happiness a priority. The staff were always ready to help with any issues/questions we had. We will definitely choose this hotel for our future stays. Rooms were clean and comfortable. View is beautiful. Everything necessary was provided. The pool is very nice.

We have no major complaints, only in rare occasions we noticed some level of indifference and reluctance to help at the front desk. But in such cases there were other staff members who were ready to help us. So, it is just a kind suggestion to further train some staff members. We wish the hotel further prosperity!

Good location for my work. Rooms are spacious and facilities exceeds expectation. Front office and restaurants are great. House keeping extra-ordinary - fast and satisfactory always. Very helpful front desk and restaurant staff.

Food in restaurants are not always hot. May be that is a cultural issue there but compared to asian countries, spread (fruits etc) were less, egg omlette always served cold. Even soups were at times cold. Guests need to specify their choice else, you will be disappointed. Hotel must stop using plastic water bottles instead use large reusable glass bottles.

Amazing hotel, professional personal in the hotel, Concierge Umid organized us, whatever we asked from him, Maria helped us a lot, we were very happy, we had good moments in this hotel, strongly recommend for everyone.

The facilities and comfort are great! The room was very comfortable. The hotel is located at the outskirts of Samarkand just next to the congress centre. Taxis are fairly cheap to get to and from the city centre.

The in-room service menu on the TV was inaccurate both in terms of available dishes and prices. This became unnecessarily annoying after some days. Why not just update the menu?
