Staying at this hotel for two weeks and not mentioning how at home I felt would be an injustice. The delicious taste of the breakfast is still fresh in my memory, especially the meals prepared by the chef’s skilled hands. It's hard to put into words how delightful it was! 💕😋With such a talented chef, returning to this place again and again is a true pleasure. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff embodied true hospitality! Each of them made every day more pleasant, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. However, the real hero of this hotel is the night manager, who is on duty at the front desk until 10:00 PM. So dedicated to his job that, despite the late hour, he reheated my cold meal, leaving me impressed once again! Although I can't recall his name, his kindness is unforgettable.😎 In short, I’ve grown so fond of this place that I simply must return! And next time, I’m definitely bringing my mom — I have to share this wonderful experience with her!👏🏻👏👏 (03.10.2024-17.10.2024)

Good space in the room with good bathroom facilities and a nice view of the mountain. Location is only about 20 minutes walk from the town centre.

The communication by staff could have been better, firstly with responding to queries accurately on booking.com message system. I had an important letter that they confirmed had arrived for me, however when I checked in they said it has not arrived, making the excuse that the person who responded to my message apparently didn't know what 'letter' meant. This was careless in my opinion and perhaps only people with adequate English or ability to use a translator tool should be responding to international guest communication. Secondly we were charged for water we drank in the room even though they said water was complimentary when we checked in.

The hotel is up on a hill, it was a nice view from our room. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The bathroom could do with some renovations, the walls were thin, we could hear the furniture being moved around above our bed, and we could hear our neighbours in the room next to us. We got told at check in that breakfast was included , then we had breakfast and got told it wasn’t included and still had to pay for it. It was a pretty average breakfast. The hotel is up on a hill, so we got a grab most of the time - wouldn’t recommend if you want to be in the city centre.

Really loved our stay here. We had a slight problem upon arrival, but the staff sorted it straight away and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Huge, comfy beds. Beautiful balcony with view. Nice bathrooms with good pressure in shower. Spacious rooms. Good WiFi. Great location. Would recommend for anyone to stay here.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the center but also far enough for real peace and quiet. The shower was unreal!

The views were beautiful. The bathroom was awesome.

The room wasn’t super well kept up. The walls were dirty and the TV didn’t work well.
