This hotel has great value. The rooms are big and clean and the staff are lovely and helpful.

There is a window above the door that lets the light from the hallway into the room. The hallway lights do get turned off at around 10pm each night, but it will still leave some light into the room. One night a guest turned all of the lights on quite late and left them on while they left the hotel, which woke me up and meant that I had to go out to turn them off. The light was so bright it may as well have been in my room. Even if there was a little curtain or something to cover this window but this was the most annoying thing about this hotel. The location also wasn't amazing. It was a bit far out from anything.

The room is very comfort , clean . quiet and peaceful. Has lift. Walking distance to lake. Had a great stay here. . The staff is friendly and helpful .One of the young sweetie polite staff helped to solve the toilet bowl clogged problem. She is very helpful and pleasant. When we check out, the grab driver can't locate the hotel since it is a bit remote .. She helped us to instruct the driver since we don't speak vietnamese language. Lastly the driver took more than 15 minutes to locate the hotel .

I like tht its near a halal eatery place as there is very limited halal food places. Its like 3 units down, abt 3 mins walk. My flight got delayed and i PM through this app. Very responsive and can accommodate to my time.

The trees are too tall, i cant see the lake even though i opt for the lake view. I was staying at the second floor. The reason why i chose this hotel its because of the view plus the nearby halal eatery. I was told to pay using their local currency in cash. I didn't change much of their local currency. I usually paid using credit card at all hotels at all my travels. So im quite disappointed for mode of payment over here. Luckily, i manage to do a bank transfer from my personal account and it takes few days for them to check whether they received it.

It is strategic as it is located near to Xuan Huong Lake, Dalat Railway Station, Still Cafe and also Da Lat Night Market. Hospitality is definitely out of this world: they are able to accommodate to all of our needs and they are also very easy to communicate apart from the language barrier. The service feels like 5-star hotel. Very beautiful view in the morning too.

The location is very near to this halal restaurant which is very easy for us. Every thing is good (water pressure, cleanliness, comfort, facilities). The hotel has no aircond so need to open the window to get airflow. The staff can't speak english, we communicate with google translate but they are very helpful!

The property is very clean and well equipped with all the necessity. It also located just beside a halal restaurant which is very easy for us.

They only accept cash or bank transfer during check in. We are not ready for it as we thought payment by credit card is available. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly to help us figure things out.

All.. The location is quiet and near to halal food (beside the hotel).. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. They provided us with the stand fan because of no air condition as da lat is already cold..they also provided us with the smart tv which we can open youtube or netflix (with our own account).

The location is great, there are a lot of local, nice coffee, restaurants and local attractions within 10' walk or 5' by bike. It is literally has everything I need. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are welcoming and friendly. It is extremely good value for the price!

Location. Bathroom was nice size and very clean.

Not a ton of outlets and they were partially used. No A/C just a fan. Had a “window” that looked into and opened into the laundry service room.
