The location was amazing, not as touristy as the other side of the river. The view from the panoramic curved window in the bedroom was stunning. Nearby restaurants and markets seemed to be full of locals and the prices were more than reasonable. Minibar prices were fantastic. The balcony also had stunning views. There are a few negatives but the positives outweigh them.

We had the top floor apartment which included a kitchen but had no crockery or cutlery. There was a gas top stove but no gas bottle or pots and pans - only a kettle. If you intend to self cater, then is apartment is not fit for purpose. Luckily, the local street food and restaurants were very cheap. There also used to be a rooftop bar and restaurant but these are both no longer available.

The views were spectacular, from the room and the roof. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the rooms every day, and supplied bottled water and fresh towels daily too. The towels smelled so nice! Spacious and an airconditioned room. Big comfortable bed and pillows. A kettle and small fridge is supplied. No microwave or induction hob (stove) though. It is really safe and quiet. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the Son Tra Night Market, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Vincom Centre, Love Bridge and Dragon Bridge. And the other side of the river is just a quick grab bike ride away. Grocery shop right next door to buy snacks/drinks. I would definitely be coming back here.

When we got in, they upgraded us for free. Our rooms AC wasn’t working properly and the front desk was so nice and sent a worker to look at it. When that still didn’t fix it, they swapped our rooms super quick (still with the upgrade from original booking) and were so nice about it. Laundry service was fast. Probably the best budget friendly hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam so far!!

The location was excellent. A stones throw from the Dragon Bridge and the Night Market ! The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Great value for money.

The staff were not very personable and it was difficult to communicate with them as English skills were very limited. I asked a receptionist about the dining options and she just handed me a card. This is the difference between a 2 star hotel such as this and a 4 star hotel where the staff speak good English and are more welcoming. This hotel had a definite ‘hostel’ feel.. Great for a budget traveler but for me not worth the saving of say $10.

Hotel is more like a 4* hotel than 2! The staff were incredible and so helpful. We arrived at 8am and they let us check in this Early because they had a room ready and gave us a free upgraded room. The large window was a lovely addition, the shower and bathroom was lovely and the room itself was nice and clean. The location is perfect and we couldn’t reccomend this place enough! 10/10 for us and we had a great experience here!

Super friendly, very accommodating, could not have had a more welcoming arrival. During my stay, a member of staff even drove me to an ATM. It is rare in this hospitality landscape to find good service anymore. Here a notable exception. Thank you, I’ll be back again and again. 🙏❤️

Bathtub is very tall, very awkward to get in and out. Missing overhead shower.

We felt the price of the room was very reasonable- It was cheaper here than a lot of hostels. Daily free water was provided if you got your room cleaned and the mini bar prices were reasonable. The room itself was nice and included a TV with some English channels. Nice big window too. The location was also excellent, with it being a quiet area but a short walk from the main road and Dragon Bridge. The city view we had was also great. There are also some QR codes you can scan at reception for recommendations of restaurants etc. in the area!

They did try to overcharge us for our minibar usage but because we kept track, we realised and told them and it was sorted out swiftly. Don’t hold it against the place at all though, mistakes happen and it was only by 10k dong! Just make sure you’re keeping track. Other than that, no real issues :)

Rooms were nice and spacious, very comfortable bed. Toilet was also good and the shower was separate from the rest of it which was nice. Location is very good, close to dragon bridge and about 30 min from the beach by walk. They change the towels daily as well. The owner of the hotel was also very kind with us and he helped us booking a taxi to go to Ban Co peak at a cheaper price.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Large windows in room - could see the Han River bridge swinging at 11pm on Sunday. Excellently located between the bridges of interest, My Khe beach, the central Hai Chau district (restaurants/local eats), and of course the airport! All this nearby and yet is tucked away in a very quaint neighbourhood within easy walking distance of a well stocked convenience store and also a larger shopping mall. The windows are great at blocking out sound from the street below (6th floor room), so it is quiet at night time.

Walls rather thin so can easily hear bathroom and general noise from the other neighbouring rooms (same floor or floor above), as well as from the corridor.

Everything is perfect here: great staff, great service, great location (close to nice bars, restaurants, night market, city center), fair price, very nice rooms (big, comfortable, very clean, quiet, with nice view on the river and city)... I need to stay in Da Nang regularly and this hotel is always my first choice.
