Definitely value for money - we booked a triple family deluxe , and had quite a good view and space. The hotel is also ~400 m from the night market and the dragon bridge, so we had very relaxing evening walks from the place. The pool and gym were also quite nice.

1. Limited vegetarian options in the breakfast - The bigger problem is that it is not clearly marked what is veg and non veg, (For example... rice cake was veg, but one of the topping options was beef chips?) However, the salads and dressings were really good. 2. The service was less than what we expected. We had booked a kings room with panoramic view, but had to change it to triple deluxe to accommodate 3 of us... we spent close to 30 minutes for this change though, after a tiring travel - could have been handled more efficiently. We also had some minor issues in the room - like the bathroom lights and weighing machine didnt work. We had to call reception multiple times to get this fixed (could be the language barrier)?

The staff, facilities, and location all combined to give us a delightful first visit to Da Nang. After we booked, we found it very easy to communicate several special requests to the hotel Guest Relations team. They always responded immediately, and they were able to meet and exceed every one of our requests. When we needed to modify some activities after we arrived, they were able to be flexible and provide some excellent modifications. Our primary contact was Ngụy Hà Anh Thư, the Front Office Manager. Ms. Thư gave us her full support from the moment we arrived. She had the knowledge and resources to assist us with some complications that could have ruined our trip, but the solutions that she provided solved every one of the concerns. She connected us with the right community resources to meet our needs. Communicating with her in English was smooth, and we really saw that she went above and beyond to help us from the bottom of her heart. We had a delightful stay in Da Nang at the Muong Thanh Grand Hotel in the Executive Suite and the Premier Double King rooms, and we enjoyed all 12 days of our visit. As we were getting settled, Ms. Thư worked with us personally to ensure that each of the rooms met our needs, and she even offered to exchange a room when we discovered a problem with the tub. Her manner was very friendly and effective, and our satisfaction jumped from 100% to 110% right away. When we needed to work in the room during the morning, housekeeping always responded to make up the room later in the day, which was one of the ways we felt genuinely cared for. The icing on the cake was a kind birthday celebration that they provided for us, with singing and a cake with candles. It was amazing! The hotel is conveniently located to ATM’s, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is close to the Cầu Rồng Dragon Bridge, so both sides of the river as well as the beach and a shopping mall are a short ride away by Grab car.

Beautiful hotel, great view, quiet spacious rooms, good WiFi and mostly nice staff.

I didn’t realize there are three Muoy Thanh hotels in area. My Vietnamese friend recommended the luxury resort on the beach where there was more action but more tourists. This was a lot cheaper and closer to Dragon Bridge. Staff English was more limited than other location but passable.

The room was great. The hotel gave us an upgrade so we got a better room than we expected. The room was spacious and completed with all the amenities you need. The Location is close to the dragon bridge and the night market so it's really easy to get around. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet.

The room was a bit old and the hallway could use some renovation.

The rooms need to be taken care of. Water leakage, AC not working and breakfast was cleared out at 915 even though timing is till 930 AM.

Would definately stay here again. My family of three had a spacious triple bed room. The beds were very comfortable and we had very good sleep as it was very quiet. The bathroom was clean and functioned well. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations. There were many cooked dishes, noodles and egg counter, various local food and fruits. The dining area is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. It is near the marina but we were too tired each day to walk out after a day long of sight seeing. Would recommend this hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay.

There was nothing we didnt like about the hotel.

This is the best Muong Thanh hotel we've stayed (better than Ban Ma Thuot, Hue or Pu Mat). The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied, though there could be a bigger variety of fresh fruit. Few people have dinner there, but the food is excellent and only a little more expensive than elsewhere.

Property is nice & room we booked with panoramic view was really enjoyable.

The hotel was great and thank you for the hospitality and kindness of the staffs. In addition, the breakfast was also very nice, the distance from the downtown and the beach was appropriate, the low cost of accommodation was good even though it was a 4star hotel. I will stay at your hotel when I visit Da Nang again and recommend it to others.

However, there seems to be some problems with soundproofing, such as the loud conversation of the guest next door.

Breakfast is very good with lots of variety. We had different food for breakfast for our 2N stay. Great view from hotel rooms. Friendly and helpful staffs, help place all 6 rooms on the same floor.

The air-condition does not seem to be working well, rather warm in some of our rooms. The hot water is very hot, if travelling with children and elderly please take note.
