Location and room was lovely.

Breakfast was always empty. The guy running it was totally out of touch. Took us 15-minutes and 4-times asking again and again for an omelette. The Chinese tourists grab everything and leave the place a mess.

Good size room with a partial view of the dragon bridge. Large bathroom too! Only stayed the one night and left at 10am the next morning but were disappointed as at check in we were told breakfast stopped serving at 9am. That’s too early to stop the breakfasts. Other than that a good hotel.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Vietnam so far! The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, nice view out onto the river, and the shower was contained rather than a wet room like most bathrooms in Vietnam. Breakfast had lots of good options. Location is good if you want to see the dragon bridge at night, the area gets really lively around that time! Taxis are cheap and easily available if you want to explore the other side of the river or go to the marble mountains. Staff looked after our luggage after we checked out while we waited for our bus in the evening.

The view from my room was of another building's wall! Considering I stayed in the hotel for 11 days, as opposed to the many 'one night only' tour groups, a room with a view would have been appreciated. Of course, other new buildings sprouting up to spoil views is a common problem for many hotels, so I didn't make a fuss. Good location outweighed no view.

This was a last minute decision for us to stay in Da Nang and meet up with a friend, so for one night it suited us well. The location was handy and the facilities adequate. The property presents well, albeit a little tired looking. The breakfast was included and was nice and in comfortable surroundings.

Our window curtains were torn. To the extent it was hard to tell where to open or close them.

I really loved the location, very close to the Golden Bridge and some other attractions in the area. Customer service was good too!

We could have done without the breakfast, unfortunately there weren’t many choices for vegetarian diets and everything seemed to be gone/not replenished enough.

Great location near the Dragon Bridge. Spacious rooms for the money. Some traffic noise in the Riverview rooms. A little better in the back. Avoid the spas and salons in the area.

We've stayed here twice. The water in the fridge isn't free. They need to post signs.

The location is very close to Dragon bridge, many restaurants and shops around. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and work 24/7. The cleaned the room every day. Everyone could speak English well.

The restaurant was quite Vietnamese so I couldn't choose much for breakfast.

A few mins walk from the dragon bridge and night market. Room is facing the river. Staffs were nice.

Perhaps bathroom window can be taped with opaque stickers? Instead of using blinds because they do attract mold.

The location is just opposite to the head of dragon bridge. It’s so convenient to travel around the landmark and tourist spot by walk.

According to the cheap price, the room is a bit old and not really clean.
