This was a great hotel to stay at. The room was quiet and the bed was super comfy. The hotel staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. The free breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with something tasty for everyone. The gym had a good range of machines, plus plenty of dumbbells for those that prefer free weights. The gym was air-conditioned, and had a free chilled water fountain and disposable cups. The indoor pool beside the gym was huge, with heaps of deckchairs to relax in after your swim, and the view through the enormous windows was lovely. They even provide huge bath sheets to use after your swim. Overall, a great place to stay.

The place is very nice, new and clean and even though the pool was quite cold, it was great to swim in. The location is close to the international port, but there is not much around besides hotels. I ate at the hotel a few times, which was great. The food is a bit pricier, but especially the calamari were some of the best I had! The staff, especially at the front desk was super nice and helpful at all times and made me feel welcome, which has definitely not always been the case during my time in Vietnam. Especially Miss Hoa (Hue) was very helpful and friendly. She and her colleague also recommended a day cruise in Halong Bay and even checked the weather for me.

Pool was quite cold. Other than that nothing. Perfect to relax before or after a cruise.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were very spacious and the view was amazing (21. Floor, corner room, ocean view). The employees were very kind and also helped us to organize a minivan to Hanoi airport cheaper than we saw on 12go. I loved our stay and can definitely recommend it to others too!

Breakfast starts from 06:00 but lasts only until 09:00. There is no rooftop bar/pool/cafe which is a bit of a missed opportunity as the views are amazing. The area around the hotel is a bit of a ghost town, but that is a faupt of the developers and not the hotel. The hotel itself is good and definitely worth staying in!

We arrived at 3:30am and Mr Duc checked us in, he gave us a tea on arrival and his calm nature was what we needed after a 10 hour bus trip. We also got a free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a great view the only downfall was the pillows were too soft. We got room service as my partner wasn’t well during our visit and the food was a bit overpriced for what it was but to be expected in a hotel. Mr Duc also checked us out and he was very professional.

View from the balcony is extremely nice! It's a little away from city centre but in the city centre you won't constantly see the full range of the halong bay!

House keeping staff needs to be less intrusive - they kept barging into the room with their spare key at the designated hour we told them to clean. Still it's weird. Also, they need to know a little bit of English otherwise communication is very difficult esp if you want to tell them to change sheets etc. The first four days they did not change our bedsheet because we could not convey it to them :-D

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about our stay. Every aspect of our experience was flawless; there were no negative points. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about during our entire stay. From start to finish, everything was perfect, with no issues whatsoever. Our stay was beyond perfect, leaving us with no room for any dissatisfaction.

Good services. All of our requests and concerns were handled professionally, even the last minute one. We really appreciate your efforts to accommodate our needs! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. One of our rooms has a different window layout offering a panoramic view to the ocean and we really enjoyed it. Nice pool. Stains on the couch in my room. Breakfast was decent, however, for a 5 star hotel, it could be better. It was mostly Vietnamese food, I am Vietnamese but would still prefer some more options for Western food. The juices were washy and flavorless.

Staff were so lovely ,Views from our room were amazing, Food was so good great buffet, This was the best hotel we stayed in visiting Vietnam if I could give more than 10 i would. They even gave us a high tea when we arrived amazing.The manager even gave his card if any problem he would sort.

The hotel and the room were very clean. It was comfortable and we had a lovely stay. The facilities are good. The swimming pool and gym are quite nice. The breakfast option is good, have enough options.

We had a bit unlucky on our bathroom because the shower was broken, so it didn’t work properly. The breakfast is a bit too early. It was from 6 am to 9 am. It would be better if it goes until 10 or 10:30. It feels rushed to have breakfast while you’re on holiday.

Staff extremely helpful and polite. Super easy scooter rental for 200 VND / day which is more than average but therefore you don’t need to leave your passport at another rental office. The room’s view was incredible and has high quality interior. Breakfast has lots of offerings. Pool has a good length for sport swimming, temperature was ok though it is unheated. Gym looks nice. The Hotel‘s restaurant was good, pricey for VN but ok for westerners. Nice beach nearby.

Ha Long city is a bit of a ghost town, but if you walk for 8min you find restaurants or walk 20min for many restaurants.
