The hotel has exceptional customer service from prebooking to when you enter the hotel and receive a welcome drink to the porters and other staff around the hotel. Everything is done with a smile. The hotel kept our luggage whilst we went on a cruise overnight. This was very much appreciated. Due to a birthday celebration, they put in the extra touch of decoration and a surprise mini birthday cake! The hotel room can not be faulted. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable nights stay..I wished we had booked longer! The facilities were also good, such as the swimming pool which we enjoyed and spa( did not use). The views from our rooms were amazing!

If the spa had more competitive prices, we would have booked here instead of going elsewhere. Breakfast could have halal options or if the food was labelled.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The room was quiet and the bed was super comfy. The hotel staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. The free breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with something tasty for everyone. The gym had a good range of machines, plus plenty of dumbbells for those that prefer free weights. The gym was air-conditioned, and had a free chilled water fountain and disposable cups. The indoor pool beside the gym was huge, with heaps of deckchairs to relax in after your swim, and the view through the enormous windows was lovely. They even provide huge bath sheets to use after your swim. Overall, a great place to stay.

Breakfast lavish , there was a " tea set" worth 500k VND included with the room that turned out to be a High Tea (V nice) - the reception staff were exceptional , friendly , knowledgable and so helpful. Corridors are thickly carpeted , rooms are stunning and very new - location is nice but if you want to be "in the action" at night - it would be better to book near the port (about 3km away)

Little area for vast improvement - offer a bag laundry service by the Kg? (rather than a massive list of items all different prices with varying options ) Or a laundry the guests can use

I loved the hotel and staff and the guy working at the bar os probably the best of them all, super friendly and super helpful. The hotel has modern furniture, litterally everything you need, because you go to a hotel at a tourist attraction actually just to sleep, no real other reason. Comfortable bed and I would like to know where they bought that sleeper-couch, super comfortable. I would also want one of those bedlamps😊😊😊 Amazing view. The first 2 days of breakfast buffet was great, a wide variety to choose from.

Today was our third morning for breakfast buffet, but I think less staff worked or maybe they ran out of food, because a lot of empty pots this time around, so I couldn't choose what I wanted. Our bathroom doorhandle was broken, so sometimes opening the door it slipped😅 Not enough space to hang your wet clothes. Maybe an extra towel hanger on the balcony can do the job.

Everything was very good. The reception was very helpful. And the room was fine. But the breakfast, which was total chaos.

This is a fine hotel sadly reduced in ranking due to the chaos that is allowed to happen during breakfast, which is an uncontrolled mess! Children are allowed to run riot during the buffet without adequate parental control. There was no standard line of patient people waiting service, only a ' wild grab,' for food and drink. The breakfast experience isn't 5 star and is a riot of hungry adolescents? Where were the Hotel employee's to control the mayhem? There was half eaten food and drink everywhere! It was like feeding time in a zoo? I have never seen such a stressful breakfast in any hotel?

Beautiful hotel with a big, bright, spacious room. We were on 23rd floor and had a lovely view over the bay. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. The night market is just across the road and there is a nice beach nearby. It's a little far from the main city but there were plenty of reasonably priced taxis happy to take you in and give you a tour. The area looks like it's under development so I'm sure there will be a lot more to do there in the future but the hotel was really very. very nice. Would highly recommend

It's a pity the pool is covered and the hotel is a bit out of the way but we liked everything about the room, the restaurant, the food and the staff.

The place is very nice, new and clean and even though the pool was quite cold, it was great to swim in. The location is close to the international port, but there is not much around besides hotels. I ate at the hotel a few times, which was great. The food is a bit pricier, but especially the calamari were some of the best I had! The staff, especially at the front desk was super nice and helpful at all times and made me feel welcome, which has definitely not always been the case during my time in Vietnam. Especially Miss Hoa (Hue) was very helpful and friendly. She and her colleague also recommended a day cruise in Halong Bay and even checked the weather for me.

Pool was quite cold. Other than that nothing. Perfect to relax before or after a cruise.

Great value for money for the facilities offered by hotel. Staff was very polite and upgraded us to ocean view rooms. Breakfast is decent and rooms comfortable enough though, though water in the showers had poor pressure.

Staff not very knowledgeable about local options for touristic activities so we missed out one day completely as we didn't have good guidance. Location is a bit off from central parts of the town, since town itself seems quite and deserted this just adds to being confined to a place without any buzz.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were very spacious and the view was amazing (21. Floor, corner room, ocean view). The employees were very kind and also helped us to organize a minivan to Hanoi airport cheaper than we saw on 12go. I loved our stay and can definitely recommend it to others too!

Breakfast starts from 06:00 but lasts only until 09:00. There is no rooftop bar/pool/cafe which is a bit of a missed opportunity as the views are amazing. The area around the hotel is a bit of a ghost town, but that is a faupt of the developers and not the hotel. The hotel itself is good and definitely worth staying in!

Nice and modern hotel a short taxi ride away from Tuan Chau for Bay cruises. Our room on the 21st floor was spacious and had everything we could’ve needed, and the view from the wide windows was amazing. We ordered room service which was reasonably priced for most dishes and the food was okay - we went for a club sandwich and a pizza as we just needed filling up and it did the job.

As others have mentioned there isn’t much near in terms of restaurants and cafes, which is what made us opt for room service.
