The hotel is very new. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the comfortable beds. The manager was very friendly and tried his best to be of assistance.
When I was visiting, the hotel was in 'soft opening' which meant that some facilities weren't available, such as the gym. There was a power outage, but we were compensated with a discount for that, which was nice. I wouldn't recommend Ha Long City itself, it feels very desolated with many empty buildings.

This new hotel is superb. Big, very well appointed rooms and bathroom, luxurious public areas, rooftop pool and wonderful set breakfast. Well worth a visit
Don’t book a standard room, unless you want no window. We paid to upgrade and it was well worth it for the balcony and view

Lovely big modern rooms. Great shower and comfy bed. Staff very helpful and a good breakfast.
Nothing really. We went in February so out of season and the hotel and surrounding area was quiet. Suggest hiring a scooter to get about although taxis are very cheap.

We really enjoyed the hotel room and the rooftop pool, even if the water was quite cold in the winter season. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Rooms were very nice, beds so comfortable and nice view from the balcony I had a deluxe room on the 5th floor which I recommend
