Excellent service, big and clean rooms, good bathroom facilities and complimentary fruit in room. Incredibly helpful staff, organised a private tour for us at a good price, and they found a lost shirt in our room after checkout, contacted us and posted it to our next hotel free of charge. Rooftop pool was also amazing and fitting of a 5 star hotel. Beautiful view of Ha Long Bay from our room.

We stayed in the Diamond room on the 23rd floor and we were blown away by the spaciousness and look and feel of the 2 bedroom accommodation, and even more blown away by the panoramic view looking across to the limestone karsts of Halong Bay from not one but 3 balconies! Compared to home, we felt the cost was very affordable too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would love to come back again!

Some of the gym equipment looked quite outdated and worn down so it would be great to look at replacing or fixing some equipment. The pool was freezing cold in the morning and it would be lovely if it were heated!

This hotel is clean, new, pretty, with really welcoming staff, high quality rooms and good breakfast. Ideal if you are looking for a place to stay in Ha Long. You can book your rides to Ha Long cruise terminal, Hanoi, Ninh Binh or other destinations directly with them at a good price. The swimming pool is awesome and there are many restaurants around the hotel.

The only 'nice to have' I can think of, it is that we had to pay the transfers cash, but would have been nice to be able to pay them with card. Also it would be great if they had a souvenir shop in the hotel or some available at reception, like magnets or similar. But I really liked it and I wish I could stay longer.

Magical. Stunning rooms with view over Ha Long Bay. The shower had a view of the city. One of the best luxury hotels I've stayed at. The service staff is very well trained and can easily compete with the staff from European luxury hotels.

The view of Halong Bay. Especially from the pool deck. The Watson was so pristine and beautifully decorated, very luxurious feel. The room was spotless.

The air freshener in the lobby was very strong. The mattress was a little too firm for our ideal comfort. The bell from the elevator and hallway music can be heard inside the room throughout the day and night.

Great luxury hotel. The manager Jenny does an outstanding job of looking after the guests requirements ensuring excellence in service.

Amazing hospitality and a wonderful property! Fantastic, friendly, dedicated and helpful team headed by General Manager Mr. Son and Manager Ms.Sanya. Both of them personally handled all our requests including sightseeing, airport transportation, tours and even housekeeping / amenities. They upgraded our rooms, offered late checkouts, communicated well and made our stay memorable and pleasant. If you are in Ha Long Bay this is the place to stay.

The size of the room was big, the view from balcony was amazing as it oversees the karst landscape.

The breakfast quality wasn't good. There was a sticker on one if the bread I took which surprised me. Also the massage standard at the spa was appalling - they put me and my friend in one room and my masseuse was speaking to the other masseuse throughout our massage, and she didn't even clean her hands after she massaged my feet and then started massaging my head..

Beautiful new hotel in Halong Bay. Staff and accommodation were great. It was a little outside the tourist area where there were so many places to eat. You need a Grab to take you there. Tours were set up for us through the hotel.

Farther out of the city.

The hotel itself was amazing, stunning views, helpful and friendly staff. They even assisted with BDay setup. The pool was awesome, the gym was decent, sky bar and buffet was great.

The SPA was decent but some aspects could have been better.
