The owners are so lovely. We had a night bus which was supposed to drop us off at a bus station and then we were planning on getting a taxi from there. Instead, they dropped us off in a random lay-by where their ‘friends’ were waiting pretending to be taxi’s to charge us a lot of money for a taxi. I had the owners numbers on WhatsApp as they contacted us regarding a boat tour and called them, they quickly ordered us a taxi to come and collect us and take us to the hotel. This was at 4am by the way so it was very kind of him to pick up and order us a taxi. We were feeling quite unwell during our stay here with a cold due to temperature change and the lady behind the restaurant bar gave us ginger tea’s, honey, black tea and really looked after us. She was so lovely and welcoming we really appreciated it. We asked for more tea for the room and this was never a problem. Bathrooms are super big and spacious, hot shower was lovely.

The breakfast menu is not included in the booking. In the description it says you can choose from traditional, American breakfast etc. but those have a charge so included is scrambled egg and bread, occasionally with fruit. We didn’t mind this as we like egg but someone may not and then feel there isn’t much choice.

We recently stayed at the 1925 Ha Long Hotel and we were very impressed with the level of service and comfort provided. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern design, smart TV, fast wifi, hot water, small fridge and all the amenities one could need. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was within walking distance to many restaurants and 3min walk from the sea. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even offer tours and transportation services at normal prices, which we found very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the 1925 Ha Long Hotel and will definitely be returning on our next trip to the area. It was a fantastic value for the price.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is excellent. It is less than ten minutes from the beach with beautiful views of Ha Long Bay. The staff are super helpful and gave us lots of information regarding tours and places to eat and drink. The hotel is located right in the tourist center with lots of restaurants and shops close by. The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was very spacious with lovely views of Ha along City. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower had lots of hot water. There is a kettle and fridge in the room and we were provided coffee and tea. There is also a safe in the room. Overall we had a brilliant stay at 1925 Ha Long Hotel and could not recommend it enough!

Everything!!!! The owner is sooooo nice, she is literally a pure gem, the rooms are big, beds are comfy, location is good to explore the bay, the room is getting cleaned everyday, the rent motorbikes if you need… I mean, if you want to enjoy the ha long bay, you should book at 1925💜

The hostess was amazing and very helpful. She organized a Boat Trip for us and gave us amazing recommendations for sightseeing trips around Ha Long Bay. We enjoyed the nights spent there and would absolutely recommend the hotel.

Owner was super friendly. I arrived at 6am and obviously couldn’t check in til 2, but she made me breakfast and helped me book a tour for the day. Perfect rooms and nice breakfast.

The 1925 HaLong hotel very clean, this location is close to the night walking street, the beach near by afew mins walking. The host here is tour operator of Hạ Long Bay boat trip, we have a very nice tour with good price!

staff was suuuper friendly. we asked for a room change, because we wanted on the side away from the street, and it was no problem (street was not loud after all) all clean and very nice.
