Hotel is new. Looks amazing, made in nice style, as in photos. I love the bathroom! Actually all quarter is new, with newly built hotels. It's calm and quiet in around because no people are around. To get to the beach you walk around 10 min. Breakfast is really tasty. We got pho, fried eggs, fruits, coffee and juice. Staff is friendly and helpful. They can arrange HaLong trip or bus for you. And with any problem they'll help a lot.

Due to newly built quarter - it's empty, you have to go to the city centre about 15 min to have some food or drinks.

clean lovely accommodation. Moon and her husband were so helpful, they organised to pick me up from my bus drop off at 4am, all my cave tours during my visit, dinner with the family, a SIM card for my phone, and arranged my bus out of town as well as a lift to the bus. such a wonderful couple, I couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Be aware that the hotel is in Ghost town area. There is nothing to do. No people, no nothing.

The hotel is amazing value for money, the staff are friendly and let us check in early. The breakfast buffet was good and had a varied selection. We were also able to use the roof top jacuzzi for free and took our own beers up there to watch the sun set.

Nothing at all ! Our only complaint was the fact that Ha Long itself was very quiet but we did visit during the winter period.

Pretty new and fresh hotel. Nice design. Nice staff. Rooms were clean.

Bit far from main center but still walkable (some 15-20 min). The worst was breakfast but maybe because there were only some tourists staying.They served sandwich (with sweet bread of course), noodle soup and local coffee which is far too strong for us. We went hungry after breakfast as we did not like sweet bread sandwich and noodle soup for breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and also arranged late checkout so ee could finish our activity. They also arranged motorcyvle hire and 1/2 day viewing cruise which was awesome. Halong is a lovely destination and I was glad we didnt do the ovrrnight cruise.

The place is very close to the beach. Very nice jacuzzi on the rooftop. Good laundry. English speaking personnel. Own balcony. Clean and comfy.

Loud noise in the evening from the beach club if you keep windows open.

Breakfast was good. Hotel seemed pleasant but not really clean.

Floor was dirty. Bathroom walls were not clean. There were handprints everywhere.

Nice and New hotel. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast Buffet as shown in the pictures, just a la carte (soup or sandwich or both, egg, watermelon, tea or coffee).

Jacuzzi was a little dirty and cold. Outside of the hotel all other hotels are closed or not opened yet. It was pretty hard to find a restaurant or supermarket within 1-2 kilometers.
