The hotel recently opened and is brand new. The rooms are wonderful and the service is outstanding! We booked a 1 day tour via the concierge Phat, this really can be recommended. Breakfast is offering many choices and is also great! Really recommend to stay in this hotel!

We had the most amazing experience staying at the Yacht Hotel in Ha Long. From the moment we arrived, everything felt modern, spotless, and incredibly luxurious. The design and atmosphere were elegant yet comfortable, making it such a relaxing place to unwind. One of the standout highlights was the restaurant. The staff were exceptional – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We enjoyed the food so much that we chose to eat there three times during our stay! Every dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. What truly made our experience special was the personal touch from the staff. On our second night, one of the lovely ladies remembered that we liked lime with our Coke – she went out of her way to cut fresh lime, arrange it neatly on a plate with tongs, and brought it over without us even asking. That small gesture made us feel so genuinely cared for, and it really stood out as a testament to the thoughtfulness and quality of service at this hotel. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and truly memorable place to stay in Ha Long, the Yacht Hotel is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return!

This hotel is amazing! We literally couldn’t fault anything during our stay. The staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. My husband left something in our room and by the time we got to reception to check out the housekeeping team had already phoned reception and they brought it down to us. I would recommended you get them to book any transfers, they booked ours back to Hanoi and it was much better experience than what we had booked independently to get to Ha long. The food is amazing. As we had a lovely breakfast on our first morning we decided to eat here in the evening and it didn’t disappoint. The salmon and pork belly dish was delicious! The hotel is modern, the rooms are a great size, we used the gym and pool during our stay which were both lovely.

The only slight downsides are the fact that there is another hotel being built in front of the yacht which partially blocks the view of the bay, but the hotel cannot do much about this and there is so many hotels being built in Halong you will struggle to find one without building works going on around it. However during our stay it wasn’t noisy and didn’t impact us. Its also a walk away from the beach, we actually saw this as a plus as it wasn’t so noisy.

Clean, all facilities are very new. It’s a real 5 stars hotel. Some other hotels advertise that they are 5 stars but actually old and not very good. The staffs are super polite and professional!

We stayed in few hotels in Halong already, but by far this is definitely the best! Rooms are new, spacious and modern. We love the hotel's design. Breakfast has a lot of options, we only stayed for one night but we love "Bún Hải Sản" - Seafood Noodle Soup. For the Spa, they also offer "Hair salon services" which is a plus one. Location is very nice, only few minutes to the center of Bai Chay. Highly Recommended!

I stayed at the hotel for four nights and was happy every day. The food at breakfast was clean and plentiful. One of the managers in the restaurant greeted every guest who came in with enthusiasm and a smile.Let the guests enjoy breakfast every morning. I must praise his dedicated work performance. "Phat", a young staff member in the hotel lobby, deserves my praise for his fluent communication and ability to handle emergencies at any time.

It is recommended that the hotel needs more intensive training on the responsibilities and abilities of housekeepers.The performance of housekeepers will affect the quality rating of a hotel.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. It holds itself to an international 5-star-standard. The rooms and all the facilities were completely clean and modern. The design was beautiful and the staff super nice. Gym and pool were good too. The spa is great too, the let us have a private sauna and jacuzzi which both was super clean and with a great smell. If i am ever back in Halong i will definitely book this hotel again!

If you do not book breakfast beforehand and want to have it they charge 800.000 VND per person per day which in total (1.6 mio) is more than the cost for a double room per night. I find that weirdly expensive in relation. Therefore we decided against it.
