Just like the pictures, very clean, very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and big. Good facilities, lovely hotel, great value for money and nice staff. Only issue was there was nothing open and absolutely nothing to do in Halong Bay. We ended up leaving a day early because of this but were gutted as the hotel was so nice, but there was no where to go or eat in the surrounding area, we couldn’t even order in food. The town was deserted and eerie.

Hot water went on and off at times, couldn’t run a bath as it would go off, told reception they said to press the hot water switch and wait 10 minutes however the water would still turn cold after a couple of minutes. Other than that the hotel was absolutely lovely!

The staff is really helpful. They organized for me the Halong Bay cruise and the van to go back to Ninh Binh. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very quiet neigbourhood with a convenience store just next to the hotel. This hotel definitely excedes my expectations and I would definitely come back again!

The only thing that is not perfect is that it’s a bit far from the restaurants zone. Anyway the hotel provides free bikes to move around and I could reach it in 5 minutes.

The room is reasonably spacious and the bathroom is modern. The original bottles of shampoo and body wash are supplied.

No coffee or tea sachets are supplied. The drain in the shower should be cleaned by unscrewing the drain cover and removing any hair before guests check in. The water rose over my feet as I was taking a shower.

Nice and modern design. Very clean and in a quiet area in sun world plaza (European area). Comfy bed and the staff was so attentive as well as super pleasant to talk to. They also rent motorbike for 180000VND a day to explore the area. Go to the beach near by in the early morning and sit there to enjoy the serene scenic 😀👍

I think the whole Halong bay area is beautiful and well designed under Sun city project . This hotel is great . The staff is polite and helping . Value for money . Rooms are very clean and beautifully designed from inside . This hotel is very close to beach . We went in off season so most restaurants around it were closed but they give you bicycles to roam around . It was good fun as we biked all over Halong area eating and drinking with friends and it was great fun . The staff goes extra mile to help you even if its very hard them to speak or understand English. Vietnamese people are very kind and nice people , may be best in the world . If you are planning a cruise , stay here for couple of days and enjoy the vibe and beach of Halong as its much more fun than the conventional cruise trip every tom dick and harry is hopping on to .

They don't have much to eat at hotel . They will make some basic breakfast for you if you pre order for next day and that also if you show up to eat before 10 am at roof top cafeteria .

It is a new property, rooms are very modern & clean. The bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. We had accidentally booked a twin room and upon check in they gave us a double which I think should have cost more so that was nice. Staff were lovely & due to Tet celebrations there was no bread available for breakfast and so we were given eggs & pancakes on the house.

When people say it’s a ghost town they really mean it but this isn’t the properties fault. If you stay in the off season there is nothing open and nothing to do. We had to order in pizza for dinner as this was the only option available which isn’t ideal. The shower in the room only had hot water for around 2-3 minutes and so when two people need to shower it makes it very difficult.

everything about this property was great. the staff were friendly and in fact couldn’t do more to help you. the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the rooms were super clean & the design of the hotel was great. very good value for money too! when having the shower on, the plug didnt drain very quickly, so on a few occasions the bathroom had a little flood!

Location is perfect in Sun Plaza Grand World with European style, value of money with good facilities(bathroom, smart tv with netflix/youtube). The hotel also provided free bicycle for it's tenant, so that tenant able to ride within Bai Chay area for food & cafe. 100% recommended!

the hotel is amazing, so clean and new and our room was great, the pillows were so comfy and the bathroom was so modern and nice

the location was kind of out of the way, and everything around it is empty but it’s easy to get taxis and things are within walking distance
