The room was good and clean. There's enough storage room for all things you need. The hotel provides water bottles daily and there a kettle as well. The staff at the reception was very helpful and helped us organize a boat tour, but not all went as expected.

Even though the staff helped us booking the tour, they didn't order the taxi in the morning, es they said they would. So we arrived at the harbor late - which turned out to be no problem at all because the tour started much later than they told us. Also the taxi didn't look like an official taxi. He didn't even have a taximetet so he charged us a fixed price of 50k, which was quite a lot compared to other taxis. Also, the staff was not speaking english very good.

The reception staff (especially a young guy with good English who worked in the night) was friendly and very helpful. He helped me with my boat transfer the next day.

The hotel is located in a seemingly abandoned area - it was very weird. Felt like a ghost town. Also in the hotel I think I was the only guest. It’s a pity, because the place could be very nice, but the location is just so weird. Too far away from any life and the city center. They don’t accept credit card.

I enjoyed taking a boat tour to the islands. The islands are really worth seeing.

My visit was in winter - empty buildings and not many people nearby the hotel.

The service of the hotel was really good. It was above expectations and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The receptionist helped us book a tour and I would definitely come back again.

The staffs are kind and take care of our hassle requests. Actually little bit far from the port of Halong bay,but we could see Cau bai chay bridge on the way to the hotel, it was illustrated so beautiful.
