Fantastic location & great staff. Perhaps a little dated and the room needed some attention to the overhead shower as it didnt spray well but very pleased overall. For £45/night, can't complain.

This hotel would be great with a bar by the pool or alongside the Highlands coffee.

I need to write a review bcos not many reviews have been written. I was unsure whether the staff in the hotel knew any English but there were several that spoke good English. At the moment, the occupancy is very low as people stay on the other side of ha long. However, if you want to visit the Sun World theme park, this is the better choice. Breakfast is actually not that bad. I don’t understand what’s all the fuss. The rooms are big and I love the rain shower.

The location is good, the staff is really helpful.

The toilet has a very unpleasant smell, though i reported it to the staff to help me get rid of the smell, there were no one come to help me fix the problem.
