I had a wonderful stay at Thái Hà Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable. The location is also great, making it easy to explore the city. A special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Ms. Lan. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Thái Hà Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely come back!

Panoramic views from our room were amazing with floor to ceiling windows. Room was spacious with a giant comfortable bed (two twins pushed together but you couldn’t tell). (We stayed in the deluxe double with sea view). Everything was clean, robes and nice towels provided with good shower pressure. Staff were all very friendly but they did not have any information on tours, so best to go to a booking office. We were able to rent a scooter for the day. Rooftop pool is gorgeous.

the views from the bedroom was incredible. The staff were so friendly and so incredibly helpful. The pool on the rooftop is perfect, the views surrounding it makes sunbathing there just so special! Facilities in the hotel are all new and its all very clean, i must say i am pleasantly surprised for a 3* hotel!

My shower wasn't vey hot :( however it was pretty hot when i got there so it didn't really matter!

My stay at Thai Ha Boutique Hotel was delightful. The excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made my visit to Quang Ninh memorable. Highly recommended for Indian travelers and anyone visiting Quanh Ninh

A pool was a bit cold and there was no hot water when we arrived. However the staff fixed it very quickly. So all good. :)

When booking our trip we thought this city would be busy, on closer inspection it’s a ghost town in saying that I believe this hotel had the perfect location from the beach and great restaurants! The room sizes were great and wifi worked fantastic for us. I liked that we were put on the same floor as our group. Loved the eggs at breakfast and the lovely lady who spoke to us, she’s a gem and makes such a great effort getting to know guests. The lady receptionist was helpful with booking our transfer which was awesome!

When messaging the hotel about cruises to take that involve swimming they replied with “we have a beach 1.5kms away and a pool on the 12th floor” which wasn’t helpful in booking a trip. This was the first place we have stay with no information on what to do in the city, which we missed! We went out for the day and came back to no towels in the room at 10pm and the language barrier made it annoying and us to feel like we did something wrong. We had no hot water which was expected from the reviews. Breakfast was an experience definitely room for improvement… other than the eggs.

Non-functioning Wi-Fi, and even though we reported it to the receptionist, it was not fixed. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and was extremely slow. Based on the photos, we expected a buffet breakfast, but for the first two days it was à la carte. The next two days, there was a buffet breakfast, but even though it was supposed to be available from 6:00, when we arrived at 6:25, it was not ready at all. For two days of our stay, the pool was not working due to maintenance. Nobody informed us about this in advance. I would expect to be notified of scheduled maintenance either during the reservation process or at least at check-in. This really spoiled our mood, and no compensation was even offered! We specifically chose a hotel with a pool, and it wasn’t functional. Additionally, there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist about this, but nothing was done. Throughout the entire stay, the water was at best lukewarm. Really unpleasant. The last thing, which we found completely absurd, was the room inspection. We had never experienced this before. At check-out, we had to wait for a while for someone to check if we hadn’t stolen anything from the room?! Very strange. The last point is the inconvenient location of the hotel, but of course, that can be checked in advance.

It was the worst stay in Vietnam. The room was fine, beautiful view from top, the location is so so, no cafes or shops nearby, only 1 person Vi can speak English and he has a day shift (so if you have problems at night no one is gonna help you). The only reason I booked it - close distance to the port. I have booked this hotel on booking.com and the 1st night was OK, despite that the side with ocean view can be noisy, as there are 2 open stages on the beach that play loud music all night long (I really don't understand how it can be normal). It is not hotel's fault though. However the 2nd night was a nightmare, a huge group of local Vietnamese young people (around 70 rooms) have arrived and have behaved disrespectful to other guests, they were shouting in the corridor with loud music, running and jumping, slamming doors. I called to the reception, there was the night shift staff named Hap (or Hup), he didn't speak English and have come to my room to ask why I called, when he came up he could see and hear how loud those people were and said that he will speak to them. It was quite for 15mins, after 22.00 they started again. I thought I would wait until 23.00 (it is when no noise allowed in my country). To make the story short, I couldn't sleep all night. I woke up at 01.00 from the shouting (it seemed like they were just behind my back), making loud toasts, partying. I went down to the reception (as that Hup guy rejected my calls) 2 times to ask for help, the first time he entered my room and pretended he couldn't hear anything, however it was super loud, he tried to convince me that it was the noise from the music on the other side on the beach stages and just left.
