If you understand that this is an old high quality hotel but dated you will have a good stay. The room we had must be one of the biggest you can get, three toilets, two double rooms, a small kitchen and a living room! Very comfy beds and high quality linens.

It is notisable that they are somewhat declining and maybe struggeling to get profits. The breakfast is just ok nothing more. The TV in the room is a small Sharp tv and shall we say, not so sharp, you can get one for simple dollars on the secondhand market. The wifi is bad even though we paid for best wifi service. We did not get the 10% reduction on the bill for drinks and food witch was included in the room, I did not want to argue about it, but anyway. The cleaning of the room left more to wich for, for example the floors were not vacumed or swiped even if we every day put away all our stuff so there should be no clutter in the way.

Was upgraded from deluxe room to a one bedroom serviced apartment. It was a very nice unexpected upgrade, where my room was on a high floor (16th floor) with my own lounge and kitchen as well as internet router for the whole room. Breakfast was perfect and included in my stay which included both a Western and a Vietnamese breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Great location, easy to order Grab taxi from the app.

Pool area needs to be refurbished soon, as it looks quite outdated. Despite being upgraded to a one bedroom service apartment, the internet router was in the lounge, causing the wifi to be super weak in the bedroom, had to sit in the lounge to get an internet connection and on top of that the connection was quite weak (15mbps). A minibar with drinks and snacks would have been nice given a fridge was included in my upgrade.

Our stay in this hotel was really enjoyable. Room is big enough, clean and fresh. The sheets and towels smell really nice. Bed was so soft. It was nice to sleep. Guests have good choice of food for breakfast and it's delicious. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Spa is pretty good, however it has women and men zones (I didn''t expect it. Suposed to chill with my husband). Buffet was nice with great choise of dumplings and other food. Moreover our room was upgraded for bigger one for free.

I don't know why, but whenever someone used the bathroom, we always heard the doorbell ringing, even though there was no one in the hallway.

This is a very beautiful hotel with an open buffet breakfast, great fusion restaurant titled Full Moon and included many facilities such as a gym equipt with basic fitness equipment, sauna and a newly renovated indoor swimming pool. The hotel lobby was decorated for Tet, with a beautiful blossom treet and red decorations for Chinese New Year. The rooms booked were very spacious. The bathroom is equipt with a bathtub like facility, which also doubles into a shower. The staff are very friendly and most speak English as well as Vietnamese, which was great for English speaking travellers. The hotel was easy to locate and offered an area for ride share/ taxi drivers to pull into without feeling rushed and stressed in the extremely busy streets.

The gym equipment is quite basic, and there is no leg equipment. Nothing to feel disheartened about as there are plenty of free weight exercises that you can do which also target certain areas of the legs. Not much else to fault. Everything else was great.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and honest, going above and beyond by returning our bag left in the restaurant. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was convenient and well-situated for exploring Hanoi. The facilities were excellent, the location was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

There was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay.

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The bathrooms were well appointed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff were kind and it was lovely that they recognized the birthday of one of our party while we were there. We stayed at 4 places in Vietnam of similar cost and Super Hotel Candle was clearly the nicest.

The kitchen came with no dishes, pans, or silverware. On request, the provided kitchen kit included plates, cups and silverware but it really wasn't enough to make use of the kitchen. Our room had a great view that was a little marred by the outside of the windows. The city air probably makes it hard to keep those clean but it would make the room even more enjoyable.

The room is big and spacious. Thanks for the free upgrade of my room to super deluxe room. About their free breakfast buffet is superb, you have a lot of options and what I like most is their seafoods like shrimp 🍤. Because of that I still like to go back to stay again there.

Even though it is big and spacious still they haven’t clean it well. The chairs have a dirt in every corner and also a bit dusty. But all in all our stay is okay. Hope they will clean it properly next time.

We had the best stay at Super Hotel Candle, it was a real treat for us. Our serviced apartment was big and comfortable, housekeeping came daily to clean and replace our towels and water. The air conditioning was very much needed, and worked wonderfully. We visited the pool daily, which the kids loved. We enjoyed the spa and saunas, and a lovely massage. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The kids and adults alike loved it. The staff were wonderful and helped us with anything we needed or asked for. The bellmen Viet and Quan welcomed us home each day and helped us organise a taxi when we wanted an outing. Overall, top ratings from us.

Things to note include: our serviced apartment didn't have any cutlery, plates, pots, etc. for cooking or eating-in. There were two coffee mugs and four water glasses. This was actually fine as we didn't end up needing to prepare our own food. I bet if we had asked the staff they would have organised these for us. The street the hotel is on is very busy. To walk down the street you need to weave on and off the pavement/road and be vigilant of the motorcycles. We learnt to navigate this with two young kids, and overall enjoyed all the food/shops the street had to offer.

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms excellent. The spa and pool area plus workout room were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful all of the time. Breakfast options were excellent and the location was fairly close to the market area.

Our apartment could have been cleaned better each day by the housekeeping staff.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. Breakfast buffet was exceptional good with a wide variety of cuisines present. We also used the massage special on offer and we will recommend the SPA staff for their great service.

Bathrooms are a bit dated and hot/cold shower tap is worn out.
