Everything. The location is in a nice neighbourhood with nice coffee shops next door and convenience stores around. The building is super clean, everything is brand new and there is a lovely peaceful energy. The housekeeper comes everyday to clean. She is extremely kind and helpful and is excellent at cleaning. The building is safe and secure, close to the city centre and as a solo woman I felt very safe and happy. This is the only place I will stay when I next come to Hanoi. I would give 1000/10 if I could. Looks even better than the photos.

I didn’t like that I had to leave at the end of my stay. If I could stay forever I would!

The staff were very helpful, friendly and funny. The apartment was spacious and the washing machine was a bonus. The tv was huge and the induction cooker was great. The apartment was serviced every day which was appreciated. We would stay there again if it was in a different area. The area wasn’t very relaxing and the roads adjacent to the property are extremely busy. That being said, you can’t hear the traffic from the apartment, just the cockerel and barking dogs!

The apartment is very quiet except for the rooster. But it doesn't bother me. It's also safe, with the code given to access the apartment, nobody can enter easily. The apartment itself is tucked in a very narrow alley.

The pollution is so high, that once you step out of the building, you should wear a protective mask N95. The regular surgery mask (blue) doesn't suffice. The road is dirty and dangerous to go across. Just take time to walk and pay attention to the pavement, they're uneven and there are a lot of thrash along the streets.

This hotels apartment changed our stay in Hanoi completely. Every single place that we've been to before this one was loud and not perfectly cleaned. At Galaxy Home Doi Can our sleep was just great. Blackout Curtains makes the room very dark and the only noise that we could hear was a rooster, but ear plugs helped with that. No street noises or construction around this hotel during our stay in February 2024. Room is very well designed and modern. Comes with smart tv, fridge, microwave, heating and ac also available. Having a washing machine in the room is always a bonus while travelling. Everything was perfectly cleaned and communication was friendly and professional. Easy to say if we are ever in Hanoi again we are not going to look for another hotel.

The location is far from motorcycle noise, so you can get great sleep. The views are back parts of Vietnamese houses, so you feel immersed in the city. It is also nice that the area is far from the central streets where air is heavily polluted. The nice corridor walking to this location is a nice transition going home after a long day. Area is safe, with convenience stores nearby, easy to get grab car and grab food! It is a new construction so everything is neat and clean. The house has working facilities, aircon, hot water, tv and wifi. Big space for the price compared to other apartments. Here you get a kitchen, (with dishes), laundry, living area, dining area, separate bedroom (big bed), bathtub shower and toilet. The lady that oversees the apartment is very kind, although doesn’t speak english, she calls someone to translate.

Although area looks safe, and the lady is mostly there to guard at the lobby, the only security measure is your pin code which unlocks doors (main door and room). So you still need to take extra precautions, you may use bike chains to lock your suitcases to the tables, and I brought along a wifi cctv so I can watch my room when headed out. Nothing bad happened.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here! The communication with Chị Anh is very smooth. She is always very responsive and even very patient with my basic/poor Vietnamese (that being said, she communicates very well in English). The guard/cleaning lady is also very kind and helpful! We really feel at home. In terms of facilities, you basically get everything prepared even some essential kitchen utensils. However, since the location of this apartment is really good and close to many local restaurants, we did not use the kitchen. It is located at the end of a small 'ngõ'/alley. Even though it is only around 30 meters away from the main road, you can't hear any noise. Loads of cafes and restaurants are nearby. We actually walked to the old town quite often -- it is about 25-30 mins walk -- with quite a lots of traffic along the way, which is quite normal in Hanoi given the number of its motorbike. Otherwise, the old town is very accessible through Grab from the apartment. Usually it just takes about 10-15 mins by car. The view from the balcony is also amazing. Overall, we will definitely come back here whenever we travel to Hanoi! Cảm ơn chị vì sự thân thiện và sự tốt bụng !

The only one small thing I would say is that when taking the shower, the hot water can sometimes be a little bit 'unstable'. But in any case, this should not deter you from booking this nice apartment!

Amazing apartment, brand-new, clean and spacious! Perfect for long stay because it’s just 10 min away from the old city so it’s easy to get a grab there but it’s not that chaotic and noisy. The building is in a quite alley and therefore it’s perfect for a good sleep. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around and one big supermarket in 3 min walk. Hot water and good pressure in shower are just a cherry on top. Overall, we had a great experience there, the manager and cleaning lady both were very nice and attentive, so highly recommend.

The staff lady was perfect. She spoke less English but could understand what we said using Google translator. She was helpful and kept the place clean. The room was comfy and had good wifi and a big TV with Netflix. All the other mentioned facilities were there. Overall, my stay was really good and comfortable.

Entrance was narrow and cannot take a car inside. But as we were travelling by Grab or Taxi it wasn't an issue. If you plan to hire a bicycle, you can bring it in without an issue.

Best place I stayed during my three weeks in Vietnam. The apartment has plenty of space, is comfortable, plenty of light, and having a fridge and washing machine in the apartment was very handy. The woman who cleaned the apartment was lovely. Neighbourhood isnt the most interesting but you still have supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

Guesthouse is located near the West Lake, local neighbourhood, far from tourists, so it's better for those who are familiar with the area or who can speak the language. Extremely comfortable and spacious rooms. Mine was on the 10th floor and had a wonderful view. Bed was heavenly.
