The kindness and friendliness of the staff was so good for me as a single traveller in HCMC. Rooms (studio) equipped with microwave fridge and freezer. Great a/c. Brunch on the rooftop was a highlight. Thank you all for making me feel so much at home and relaxed whilst I recuperated. Highly recommended.

The kitchen sink area cloths were old and stained. I'll bring my own next time!

The location is close to the Airport, a Lotte Mega Mart and charming "old Saigon" neighborhoods. Lots of small shops for pastries, barber shops, pharmacies and sandwiches - anything you want or need is a short walk from the A/C cooled comfort of the hotel. I can't tell you the value for your tourist dollars. Need a place close to the airport: this is the one for you. Smiling faces, English Speakers, Courteous professional care! You shan't be disappointed!

The clogged streets near the hotel - give yourself plenty of time if you have an early evening flight to catch. The traffic can be brutal, bumper to bumper - or your driver could be creative and see all the activities of the back streets. You ain't in Topeka anymore!

We found the hotel very convenient for our 24hr layover in Ho Chi Minh City. We booked as it was close to the airport but found it was also close to lots of shops/ a mall and restaurants and coffee shops. Although we didn’t need them because of our short stay is well equipped with full sized fridge, kitchen with cooking facilities, desk, wardrobe with drawers, two air conditioning units and smart TV.

The restaurant is deserted and the pool could do with a good clean as there is a lot of staining around the waterline.

It was closed to the airport and we were given the ground floor room. Everything as stated in the room I booked.

It was weird that they đid not give back the advanced deposit to my cousin upon check out. They ínsist to transfer it via bank since I did transfer it in the first place but before transferring it back they ask to keep it for next stay

The young lady at the the reception was very attentive and helpful, also the maintenance guy who came to fix the A/C in my room. Place was very clean.

The gym and pool were not open and they hadn't even notified me about it until I got there. I booked that place near the airport and was willing to pay the higher price just for the gym and pool. I guess they could have notified me about it in advance.

Will do just fine as a Hotel close to the airport. Clean room.

The room did not have any windows although the website said otherwise.

I liked everything about this Hotel, mainly the staff is very calm and good in Nature. Apart from that, I used the Gym and Swimming pool and it was a good experience for me to use these facilities. Moreover, the destination was very close to the Airport. So, overall it was a good experience for me , worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cherry. The apartment is neat and tidy, staff we're super friendly, food and coffee we're good. Pool and gym we're great. Bed was a little firmer than I'm used to but air con worked perfect. Very quiet at night. I would absolutely stay at Cherry again. Thanks for an incredible stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom and the kitchen were great and it is very good value for the cost

The location is a bit far from district 1 / the center, but it is great if you have to get to the airport, the gym didn't have AC so it was horribly hot

Room was great, everything as advertised. Staff were great and very helpful. No problems with the hotel. Good sized pool.

Could have used a little more cutlery in the room, no big deal.
