Staff friendly & helpful, we actually stayed twice just one night each time before & after flights as very near airport - they allowed us to leave luggage 4days until we returned, toiletries in room, also gave us a kettle when requested one, rooms.quite quirky with bath tub in bedroom not bathroom but have large window through to bathroom in our first stay so no privacy whatsoever- asked for different room on return which at least had a blind up at the bathroom window...one member of night staff especially helpful as we had a man on cycle following us and staring at us for a while walking back from shops which made us feel uncomfortable and we didn't want him to know where we were staying - staff member dealt with situation very well and made sure we were fine - would stay again for sure - very handy for airport

Nice big hotel, reception staff friendly.& helpful, printed off boarding passes for us, allowed luggage store & reception area lounge until our flight, coffee shop right next door, all shops and market close by - o ly stayed one night in Pleiku centre before onward flight, breakfast all local cuisine was included

Charged for water in room, wasn't complimentary which is highly unusual especially for this style of hotel

Comfy bed. The bathroom was nice. Good price.

Bath in the room and window to the toilet was strange. The location is very out of the way, and I found it hard to navigate around the busy streets since it was my first time in Vietnam. Tight steps to the room. The door and lock didn't feel the most secure.

Friendly and helpful staff. The decoration of the room is amazing.

The security card didn't work. I was locked out for 10 minutes. Bathroom light didn't work. Hot water didn't work. The floor was not very clean. I saw instant noodles and hair over a corner of the room.

Unfortunately it stank a lot like old man. Maybe open some windows. Also didn’t seem clean

I wasn't expecting the Hilton when I stayed here for the price I paid. Stop over for 1 night. i had an early morning flight the following day. Property reviews and photos have been fudged place is very very disappointing putting it politley. They say the place is close to the airport, it's not. I wanted to walk out as soon I went to my room, already paid money. Infestation of cockroaches,leaking AC, and tap in bathroom i dont what know the black stuff was on shower wall i didn't shower .very off putting.bad odour in the room.i slept on top of the bed with my clothes on unsure sheets had been clean had to turn off AC water was dripping from it on to wall and floor.sweat box This property shouldn't be allowed to advertise on booking.com. insult to your platform. Breath of fresh air to be in my new accommodation nice clean and tidy Yay.
