I had a wonderful stay at KIN Wander. The room offered a cinema-like experience with the projector, which made movie nights truly special. The bathroom was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also loved the interior design, especially the full-size mirror, which added a touch of elegance to the space. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Nice room design (as per photos), comfortable bed, clean. Around 15min from airport (not far in distance but with traffic). Internet wifi was working fine.

Staff didn’t speak much English. No restaurant or spa massage on site but there are some local places accross the road (including a nice pho place and massage place).

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, my interaction with the person handling my check-out was not as pleasant. While I’m unsure if it was due to a language barrier, the response I received came across as quite aggressive. The hotel itself is new and clean, which I appreciated. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that the property only has a staircase and no lift. This could be problematic, especially for guests with mobility issues or older guests, as it requires climbing multiple flights of stairs. Overall, while the hotel has potential, I would recommend considering accessibility and improving staff communication for a better guest experience.
