Amazing responsiveness and professionalism in the customer service team. Highly recommended if you are looking for an apartment for small or big groups. No Breakfast available from accommodation but a few decent options in walking distance. Location is acceptable for me, as my intention was to taxi it everywhere. I normally stay in D1 but it was nice to get away from all the busy streets for once. If you have access to whatsapp, ask questions or raise issues any time and they will resolve it for you. No deposit required. pay in cash after you check in I paid in half foreign cash and VND. the exchange rate they offered was very reasonable.

Excellent communications via whatsapp. but i would have preferred communication via Booking.com. If you try to communicate on booking.com the response is hit or miss. At first I was afraid it was a fake listing as this seems to be a common thing for apartment listings in HCMC. The off record conversations on whatsapp was concerning me. However, having stayed here now i can advise other guests that it is all good!

Everything was great!! The pics are not what you get but it's not bad considering the facilities they provide and the comfort overall. Location is perfect and it's a bliss to get around D1 from there. A 10min walk.

Initially the AC didn't work effectively but then the owner got it fixed. Kudos to handling that in such short notice tho.

We had a surprise police 👮 check which was very intimidating and insulting. Seems the residents have been protesting for short term rental and someone complained.

We got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment so had more than enough room. The views from the apartment were amazing and it was clean and modern.

There was no access to the pool as it’s only for residents

It was much bigger than we expected. We had a full apartment to ourselves with a kitchen, living room, utility room equipped with a washing machine and a separate room for the bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and the view from the room was very good.

Located in a dodgy area and a bit far from the main sites. It was walkable to the main centre but at night we got a taxi back for safety reasons as advised. Also, most tour companies offering tours to the Cu Chi Tunnels will only do hotel pick up if you are in district 1 so keep that in mind. There was also many signs in the lobby saying that short term accommodation is not permitted which made us feel a bit unwelcome.

Clean, quiet apartment with a very efficient and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, great enclosed stall shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain. Large bottles of body wash and shampoo provided in the shower, good amount of vanity space around the bathroom sink. Nice kitchenette with a large refrigerator. Easy check-in via key code and fast communication in English with the host via WhatsApp at any time. Enough space to set luggage, good sized desk with chair, fast elevators. A/C worked well. Super convenient to have a washing machine in a separate little room inside the apartment with lots of space to hang clothes on the built-in overhead rack. Very handy to have a small grocery store and a 7Eleven on the ground level of the building. Easy to walk from the apartment to many major sights in 15-20 minutes or take a Grab to get around more quickly.

Replacing the little sofa table with a small dining table with a couple of chairs would make the apartment perfect. Despite this minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Awesome location (7 eleven next to entrance), great apartment facility, the building felt modern and secure Staff was friendly and helpful. Payment was convenient and fast in person They were very responsive on whatsapp, I loved it They let me in in no time when I left my key in the apartment

Swiming pool is only available for long stays and I stayed for a week only, this rule is not the owner’s fault but I was longing for it. (Swimming pool option was not available in the description) The room qaulity was great, but it was a little step down from the showroom quality. Not a real issue because almost everyone does this nowadays.

The location was really close to everything by Grab. There's security at the foyer so you're always safe. 7/11 and convenience store right downstairs which is awesome.

The pool was not accessible in the same building. After trying to get it, it is then we were told that we have access to the pool in a different building. So we didn't end up using the pool that's in the photos. Also, the photos of the apartment rooms, you don't get one of these. It is a random different room that didn't look as nice at the ones in the display photos for this apartment ad. It felt a bit old. But we liked it at the end as we had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great hosts, super responsive! Luggage storage was great. Wifi is super awesome, 400 MB/s+ so perfect for work calls. 7-Eleven downstairs, which makes snacks easy. Great location on the very edge of district 1, just a 5-minute walk away. Washing machine was super useful and the host even included detergent!

Small bathroom and the flat is a studio so basic facilities. There are many apartments managed by this host, so you might not get the exact apartment in the photos.

The contactless check in was nice and easy. From before your stay the team is in touch to make sure you have everything you need and how to get in. The building and room is very nice, with a convenience store and two coffee shops right in the condo. Room was clean and tidy with everything you need. Would be excellent for a longer stay in Ho Chi Minh. I really liked the location and complex, made it a very safe place to stay. Also they accepted WISE which was very convenient!

Door to balcony/laundry should be frosted/have a blind else you have to be dressed going from the bed to the bathroom. I found an iron but not an ironing board.
