Although the apartment is tucked away about 10 meters from the main street, the short walk down the alley is well worth it. The location is superb: Ben Thanh station is just 700 meters away if you want to use the Ho Chi Minh City Metro, and Ben Thanh Market is also within walking distance. For those with motorbikes, there’s a basement parking area and it seems the hotel also offers motorbike rentals, which is a great option for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spotless and very peaceful, thanks to its distance from the bustling main street. The added security of the codes for both the front door and the apartment gave us peace of mind, especially since the front door is locked late at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by carrying all our luggage to the main street and helping us load it into our taxi.

Excellent location. Great value for the money - especially with a washing machine. The on-site host was supremely helpful with tips.

The body soap in the bathroom was not great. Also, you should provide clothing detergent. None of the convenience stores I went to sold detergent. I washed my clothes without detergent. Also the quality of body wash was pretty bad. I bought my own stuff. I understand you’re cutting costs but these small details are important. They’re affordable fixes - foreigners care about these small things. Otherwise - your on-site host was great!

Good location. Nice view(I stayed in 5th floor) Crews with kindness(and every members can use english) All materials are clean. Not bad amenities. Useful electronic devices(microwave, boiling machine, induction and hotplate) Variety of basic dining tools. Good service.

Because of the National characteristics of Vietnam, the termites and ants could be in your room. If you have an allergy with that, i think it's better to staying in luxury hotel. (It's not about the quality of room. I visited hochimin and vietnam few times, almost every Accommodation has same problem.)

The room was cleaned, but the bathroom was more or less. The location was ok, walking distance from some attractions, but not super close.

They were short of staff because of Chinese New Year. I needed to do laundry, the guy suggested that I leave my clothes next day in the morning, and they would give me back around 19:00. When I came back at night, my clothes were in the same place. I picked up and I was not asked by the guy if the service was done. During my check out the other staff wanted to charge me. I explained that no one had done my laundry, but he insisted that I had left my clothes. I explained again what had happened. I didn't pay, but I was definitely not happy with that, not because they were short staff, but because of miscommunication between them. They were careless.

Very big clean room with window, & superb facilities including cooker. fridge (with assortment of drinks). micro. Bathroom is large & good pressure, & iwas very happy about storage space & enjoyed netflix,u-tube television. There is one chair provided in the apartment to eat/work. Lots of places to eat, drink & centre is nearby. Enjoyed my stay & bonus that reception girl Cåm also gives out a few eateries via Whatsapp

Seems to be a newly renovated or set up house with rooms and apartments, we had a fully equipped apartment with bathroom for one night for around 27$. It was all clean, check in was easy, communication went well, WiFi and TV work fine, we could leave our luggage early before check in. You even have a kitchen and a gigantic fridge in there. The surrounding was okay, in second row from the main street, but few restaurants and shops around - and our night ended early around 6 with crying kids in the backyard. But that's of course not the owner's fault. The neighbour in 4th floor has around 2000 super cute cats. :) Altogether a short but pleasant stay, maybe a bit overpriced even for district 1.

Nice facilities, clean an comfortable. We liked the location, plenty of restaurants and other services nearby. Staff were nice and the place was quiet, especially considering where it’s located.

The washing machine was not working and had been removed. The staff were nice though and offered to do our laundry.

- the faucet in the kitchen is a bit wobbly and cheap - the kitchen chair in the dinning area need to be replaced (legs are broken) - the washer/dryer should be cleaned regularly - we found an amount of lint in it

Very clean and modern. Cleanest place i've stayed at so far in Ho Chi Minh. It features a sink, hob, washing machine and microwave- all new and high quality. Staff are always on site which is good. View from the upper rooms is really good. Desk is spacious and comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. I enjoyed my stay here. I would stay long term if I didn't have other plans.

About 20mins walking distance from various tourist destinations on average,hence suitable for those that would like some quietness compared to the main streets. Owner provided a list areas to dine and stalls as well which was a plus. (No drilling/construction)

As it it within common residential area, slight noise could be heard from neighbours. but mostly are kids which are reduce after 10pm.
