It's near to landmarks in hcm. Clean enough, good facilities.

The lobby smells. Maybe they should install the exhaust fan.

Great location. Room is the same as the pics. I had some issues with the room, but the boys at the reception were perfect and fixed them immediately.

When I asked to clean my room, apparently that means just to make the bed and take the garbage out. Didn't clean the shower or the floor. For example there was a paper clip, in the same spot in front of the shower window from the day I checked in till I left. During the rain water was coming in through the window.

Hotel is near the city center so it was easy to go anywhere we wanted to. The receptionists were also nice and accommodating. They were prompt to respond to our requests. They also speak good english so there was no problems in communication. They even allowed my dad to stay for free for a night due to emergency. Appreciated that a lot. Will surely consider this hotel when we come back :) Room was nice and neat.

Aircondition was a bit hot but it’s manageable. Still had a good sleep.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff members! They gave me a bigger room without any change in fees, which is very kind. The room seemed to have double glass which is a good thing against the noisy environment in HCMC. The TV had apps like Netflix and YouTube as well. The location, friendliness of the staff, facilities in relation to the price, it’s a very reasonable place to stay.

The room hat the typically smell in Asia of bad sinks/fish.

It was a perfectly nice hotel with rooms that were insulated from street noise. Room was reasonable size, clean and the lifts were speedy. Only a few rooms on each floor, so little noise from other guests. Reception super friendly and helpful and there was a guard outside. Bottled water was provided in the rooms and they generously gave you more if you asked. Area was very busy and the Art Gallery and a big market building are very close. Although there was no breakfast, we found lots of coffee places and street food nearby, and a small Korean bakery not too far away in Hem 68 off Nguyen Thai Binh.

There is tea and coffee in the room, but no milk, though there is a fridge. Kettle was a little rusty in the bottom, but I'm sure they would have changed it if I asked.

Good hotel in the centre of Saigon close to restaurants, market,cafes and the staff were friendly and helpful with think's and always smiling 😁

An, security and all the staff were so accommodating. we’d been staying in a different part of town and really did not enjoy the Air BB apartment, they offered no luggage storage and were not at all friendly nor relaxing . We were flying out late at night so decided to look for something closer to the town centre for the day to store our luggage and shower and freshen before we flew out . We had the best day, we’d wished we’d stayed here from the start . Our room was a standard , no view, but comfortable and clean, had hot water and the staff were a delight . Thanks to An and staff our last day in Ho Chi Min City was truely memorable.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. We love the location which is near the market and has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We took a triple room and compared with rooms at other hotels we stayed in in Vietnam it was quite small. There was no safe in the room which meant we had to walk around all day with our passports and money.
