Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

You weren’t given two keys for the room so if one of you wanted to go anywhere you had to both go as the key also ran the power in the room and the lift and reception didn’t want to give you a second key. We also ordered room service our first night there as our flight was a later one and it never came and I checked with reception the next morning and the order was never put through to restaurant so that wasn’t great.

This hotel is such a great place to stay if you’re visiting HCM city! Really clean rooms and are quite big, best part is it’s right in the Center of the city! The staff are literally your family here, they would go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and unforgettable as it gets! Jade, Daisy and Sunshine were always on their toes to give us the very best service possible!!!! All their staff are amazing. They have looked after us so well! So loving and passionate about their jobs! Breakfast is such a great variety which changes daily and can be said that it’s prepared whole-heartedly! Loved it! There we’re literally ZERO issues with our stay here and we’re really missing the amazing and exuberant team that manages this really amazing hotel. No regrets at all! Just great memories!

The gym needs a serious look into it, otherwise gets the job done.

This hotel is in a great location, with excellent views of the city. The rooms are clean and modern, with quality air conditioning, and surprisingly quiet given central location. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, and plenty of breakfast options.

Booked a window room, but the window was actually internal, meaning no view.

Great location, rooftop bar and breakfast buffet. The staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The bed was enormous and really comfortable. Also great value for money.

Our room was in the centre without a window, which we didn’t enjoy. If I stayed again I’d ask for a room with an outside window.

The staff are so so so helpful! And the breakfast is really good, the best we have had in our trip. Good location. This is our second short stay here, after we initially spent a few days here at the start of our 3 weeks in Vietnam👍

Nothing much to complain about: when we stayed here last time I mentioned the loud crap music at the rooftop pool, but we didn’t go up there this time, so I can’t comment👍

The staff were excellent, very attentive and welcoming especially jade who tended to everything you required. Pool was nice, quiet and peaceful. Great location within walking distance of everything. Good for hotel pick ups for day tours. Breakfast spread was great, room service very good and frequent, clean rooms and nice facilities.

Some parts of hotel under renovation, staircase to pool area a bit dangerous. Odd system regarding payment, they sent a email saying card didn't match name on the card which was incorrect. Went to pay multiple times at desk and it declined, eventually it worked but the stress was not needed as I've never had a issue anywhere in Asia. Read reviews this happens a lot and they end up charging people when they cancel even though they claim to not be able to take the money.

The hotel is in a great location in District 1, just a few mins walk to Ben Thanh market and close to Walking street etc. we actually walked everywhere - war museum, cafe apartments, book street so very convenient. Loved the fact we could have a quick swim after a day of sightseeing and the roof bar was really nice with happy hour cocktails 5-8 each day. On our last day we were leaving for the airport just as breakfast started and they were so lovely to let us arrive for breakfast 15 mins early. Very accommodating staff, especially loved the chef cooking eggs in the morning - so lovely!

Probably true of every city hotel in the world but I was travelling with my 2 daughters aged 22 and 15. We had a large double with extra bed but were pretty cramped. Completely fine for just a few nights but not much space.

The staff were excellent, especially our Room Maid whose name was Moon, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant manager and his staff did a great job under pressure as there were a number of large tour groups over the week we were there, they made sure we we looked after. Dang, who we think was one of the Assistant Managers, helped us as my partner has a medical condition which requires her medication to be kept cold at all times to make sure she was not compromised. The staff at this hotel make the visit!

We requeasted an early check-in but when we arrived were told that it was not possible as they did not know about the request. The communication between the booking department and the reception staff needs to be better. The reception staff worked hard to make sure we were able to to check-in after a short delay.

Warm personnel, professional. Good breakfast, pool was great, location excellent. Very, very clean. Would recommend.

Ok, so this one is not hotels fault but ours, but just to warn so you don't make the same mistake - make sure to double check what room you are booking because we booked a room with no windows, but didn't realize it until we got there 😅 and if you think that's ok, it's only a couple of days, believe me, book a room with windows 😂 There is something very wrong with waking up and not being able to tell if its night or day. Oh, and you have to sleep with air conditioning on, because it gets weirdly stuffy in these no window rooms. We managed, it's doable, but I made sure to double check every other hotel in our itinerary to avoid it at any cost for the rest of our trip 🫣

Amazing couple days at this hotel for our first ever experience of Saigon. The staff are amazing, they even recognised it was my husbands birthday on our second day (photocopy of the passports) and came to the room singing with a hand written card and cake for 1. The breakfast was simply lush with a huge variety which we was not expecting. The sky bar is nice with a western price tag, if you want western comfort drink there if not I recommend plonking down on any sidewalk with plastic chairs for a beer which costs less than a £1. The location is amazing, 10 mins walk to Ben than market, surrounded by authentic eateries with plastic chairs and tables on the side walks. Would defo recommend steak and Eggs at Bo Ne a couple of minutes walk away which is a family run cafe. The hotel is only a short distance from the post office, Opera House and Cathedral however do get a grab which is only a £1 or £2, the heat is something else, do what the locals do, grab it rather than walk it. I'd also recommend visiting the market to purchase in the afternoon, it's a hard sell in the morning especially if you are the first customer, the price dictates the luck for the rest of the day for the owner so trying to barter is very hard and you could come across as rude unintentionally. We also tried Nora's Spa a few doors down, it does seem more expensive compared to most but it was worth it, lets face it, £25 for a two hour body massage is nothing to complain about, all I would say, if you are a wuss like me definitely ask for a soft massage because it bloody hurts but also essential after a busy few days of travel and seeing the city.
