Amazing staff who would go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The lady who works at the reception is a sweetheart. My sister was sick and they helped me accommodate her and find comfort food so that she would feel better. They then personally delivered it to our door. Amazing location as well away from the Buzzy and Taxi honking area, but still five minutes away from all the small boutiques as well as walking distance to Ben Thanh market;

There was nothing to dislike. The rooms are large and spacious. There is a smart TV in each room and the AC : dehumidifier are fully functional.

Location is terrific for walking around to the major attractions. Also very close to some coffee shops and eateries. Being located at the end of a short alleyway gives the advantage of the quietness for a peaceful night of rest. The rooms are probably some of the biggest rooms in this class of hotel that I’ve experienced at a great price too! Highly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers and those who appreciate a friendly, convenient, and comfortable stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is my second stay here, and I have to say, it really is a diamond in an alley. The rooms are very spacious. It is a 5-minute walk to the market, Saigon Centre, and many restaurants. The staff are the best I have seen at any hotel. They are courteous, helpful, and very professional. I will certainly always stay here when in HCMC (Saigon) for business or a holiday. Don't miss this great hotel. It is a significant value for money.

Enjoyed my stay here while traveling HCMC. The receptionist is very friendly and willing to assist you. The room itself is very large about 45sqm, which is a lot bigger than the modern hotel room. Big plus, here is it is very quiet at night, which is not common in the central HCMC with nonstop honking. Only 5 10 minutes walk to ben thanh or saigon square which is a big plus for unloading your shopping 🛍 bags.

It was a bit difficult to find because it's inside an alley but this comes with advantages for those who want a quiet place away from the traffic noise. It's located within easy walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and the new Metro. There are lots of restaurants all around. My room is spacious, comfortable and newly renovated. Wish could stay for longer. I highly recommend this place for the value and services they provide.

Great hospitality. Room is clean. It’s near all the hotspots in Saigon (Ben Thanh market, Metro, museum, palace, Saigon Centre etc.). Pharmacy just opposite, and number of clinics around just in case.

The location can be hard to find at first - it’s located in a small alley among busy streets. Don’t use google address for GPS, instead use this updated one: 100/6 Le Thi Hong Gam Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, D 1, HCMC

I really liked this serviced apartment. Staff are super welcoming. It's clean and quite secure. I'd recommend for business travelers who want something a bit more personal and affordable, including families who like their own space. Backpacker couples may also like it for the roominess and comforts. Management very friendly, welcoming and trustworthy. One is in good hands here.

Please don't go by its size and look from outside, it's big package in small packing. Room was clean and new. Big smart TV. Everything single utensil and equipment was new and in working condition. Spacious and very near to all tourist places so won't required any cab, except airport drops. Staff is very supportive and helpful with good English.

We were at the Diamond Luxury Ben Thanh for a quick stop and it was more than we expected. We only planned to stay for 1 night for work and ended up staying there for the whole week. It was really peaceful throughout the day and night for working and sleeping purposes. It was near Bui Vien walking street, which was great! Thanks again!

The hotel is located down a short alley so it is literally separated from the busy/noisy world. The staff are lovely and helpful. The location is near Ben Thanh or Saigon Square. Amazing local restaurants nearby and the nail spa next door is great too. The room is spacious as well.

The shower wouldn't be ideal for tall people
