The staffs are helpful. Easy check in and check out. The location is really convenient. lots of nearby restaurants and you can just walk your way to the bus stops..

It would be better if the rooms are sound proof because its a bit disturbing when you can hear even the telephone ringing from the adjacent rooms.

We got here early but were allowed to stay until check in, the staff were helpful too. Our bed was good and the room had a fridge, desk and tv as well as ample storage.

The rooms were newly renovated, sheets and towels are clean. With Bidet is important to us who lives in Dubai. Spacious room, we got the Deluxe king room, with fully equipped mini kitchen with big fridge. Regular change of towels and supply of free bottled water everyday. Extended our stay for 6 days in this hotel. The concierge were very friendly. Accepts credit card with no extra charges. Walking distance to Ben Than market. Location is great. For a 2 star hotel exceeded our expectation better than 4 star.

Only half an hour extension of late check out if your flight is at night , but extra fees of $12 until 4 pm is nothing compared to other hotels.

Near the Fine Arts Museum and 10-15min walk to the walking streets and market. Am glad to be staying here and not in the backpacker area, which was crazy noisy at night. My room was quiet. Booked this hotel for the bathtub. Room exactly as in the photos. Staff was helpful.

Bed was a bit hard, but can't complain for the price. The hot water is a little iffy. First night was lukewarm. 2nd night hot. 3rd night hot and then turned lukewarm. Some ants in the room

Great location, close to Bui Vien Walking street, if you like parties. Cheap price, the staff was very friendly.

All the noise in the rooms can be heard. Bedsheets were clean, but flip-flops - I’m not sure they are hygienic. And two bottles of water is not enough for two person daily. The room is without balcony - you should bear it in mind if you are smokers.

The hotel is well located for the tourist area but not so close that it is part of that chaotic noisy scene. It’s also round the corner from the Fine Arts Museum which is definitively worth a visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Mattress was hard. No breakfast.

After experiences some very deceiving hotels in the city, the Dinh Phat Hotel was a breath of fresh air. We had one of their cheaper rooms but it had a fantastic view, the room was light, clean and the bathroom was great. The shower was powerful and hot and the AC was also really good.

Breakfast was not provided as stated on google but receptionist pointed us to the way of good breakfast options.

The day manager is excellent. The room I had was spacious and neat.

I was disappointed that the cable system did not have CNN or BBC although it did have the standard movie channels. I accidently left my charger for my computer and phone in the room. I attempted to call the hotel but the number on the business card I had and the one listed on my conformation from booking.com were bad numbers. Luckily my house keeper's daughter worked for the phone company and I finally made contact with the hotel.

Everything here was great. Friendly staffs. Clean place with decent price. Love this hotel.
