Apartments are very fresh, furniture is new. Enough space for 3 people, very comfortable. The units don't have any sign outside and the common door is closed by code/card, so it doesn't attract attention to strangers, what is a good point.

Check-in was bad. Agents didn't reply messages or calls for several hours, we couldn't leave our luggage until some of the guest opened the door. However, when the agent wanted the payment he annoyed me with calls, but I warned him that I can't talk right now, I'm on excursion in the forest, and will do the payment in the evening when I'm free. No hot water in the shower. Could be cleaner, we found the remains of an orange in a water jug, hair on the floor and bed and an old dish sponge.

Modern, new and cosy small studio. Great location Clean and new bathroom The washing machine and dryer on the top floor Water filter Smart TV This must be the best accommodation in Saigon. Convenient location on a quiet side street. Great for backpackers who want to take some days off from travelling.

I like the room excpet no window, kitchen tools, wifi and TV were fine but TV cable not working hot water available, nearby everything in the center, great air conditioning, self check-in wonderful and quick response always from chat management

Wasn't told there was washing machines in thr 4th floor, no window in the room, lighting not soft, can hear people in thr corridor, knive was not clean or looked old and no mug for hot drinks

Nice studio, all facilities working well, wifi normal, TV using YouTube and Netflix, no cable, staff responsive by online texting

There was no window in the room, you can hear people walking in the corridor and using lift, a washing machine in the 4th floor but not informed about it, lightening was not so cool

The room was perfect. Exactly like the photos. It was big enough for us 3 and really comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpfull! We had a really nice stay.

The only problem was that the wifi didn't work and they didn't fix it in time while we were there.
