Great location, good sized room, good staff

Not sure if it’s value for money for the deluxe Room as the balcony is not actually a balcony!

The rooms are beautiful & mattress soft. Staff are very welcoming and location very close to markets & shopping.

Bathroom very tiny & no storage. Balcony Room not worth the extra $$ given the balcony is half covered by plants & the free half is 1.2 metres wide x 40cm deep. It’s not really a balcony but rather a ledge. Very noisy area. If you are a light sleeper don’t forget the earplugs as you will need them - hotel does not supply them like other hotels we stayed at. No breakfast at the property but they will make you a barista coffee which tide us over until we could find somewhere to eat.

Everything was perfect!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had booked a small double room but upon arrival they provided me with a free upgrade to a bigger room which was a lovely touch. The location for me was brilliant. I used the spa once for a herbal hair wash and the service and treatment was very good. They do supply 2 free waters in the room too which was handy. All in all, a lovely little hotel, would recommend.

No negatives a such. A couple of things to consider - it is very noisy. My room was situated at the back of the hotel and it was still very loud throughout the night. Not an issue at all, but the WiFi wasn’t particularly great.

The hotel was nice and we had a great stay. The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the location was brilliant. We were a little worried about the noise, but we were on the top floor and never had an issue with it. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The only downside was that there was no breakfast available at the hotel. They do however give you vouchers for a place to eat (I can’t remember if it was a discount or free meals). There was also a nice place right next to it that did a nice breakfast (like bacon/sausage sandwiches).

The hotel is conveniently located in district 1, walkable distant to the Ben Thanh market. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As hotel guests, we get a cup of free coffee per day which I think is very thoughtful! The room is clean and has everything we need. Will choose this hotel again if I visit!

We stayed at the top most floor and the wifi is quite weak. If your life depends on wifi then it’s probably not ideal haha! I don’t so I didn’t mind. Nonetheless everything else is perfect!

The room was simple yet had everything you’d want. Plenty of surfaces to put your stuff. Lighting options were pleasant. AC worked great. No strange orders. Staff was supremely helpful. They apparently upgraded us from whatever room we had booked to a room with a king bed and a window that opened facing away from the street. Relatively quiet considering g the busy streets outside. We would have stayed there longer but they were full when we wanted to rebook.

There is a puzzling trend in hotels to have glass bathroom walls and doors which provide no privacy. Bathroom privacy helps keep the romance alive! Anyway, this is not really the fault of the hotel nor staff-just an annoying design trend sweeping Asia.

The facilities were very good. Although we did not use the spa, it’s nice to know there is one in the hotel. They also have a bar with very reasonably priced drinks, food and serve free coffee/tea in the morning for guests. The hotel is within walking distance to all attractions in district 1.

The only thing we didn’t know is that our room didn’t have a window. Although this didn’t affect our stay much, it would have been nice to know before booking, however, this could have been a detail we missed.

staff was extremely polite and helpful. We got complementary coffee in the mornings. the location was amazing, literally in the middle of the city, with all major tourist attractions being in walking distance. rooms were clean. special shoutout to the manager: my card got declined at the nearest ATM and when I asked him about it, he personally walked us to another ATM in the area which he knew would work with my foreign card.

the streets were a bit noisy at night, but I mean what do you expect in the middle of city of millions. the noise was bearable though, didn’t have trouble sleeping.

Perfect hotel to end trip We had room with window at front. Level 4. Street noise, but it’s comforting the late night karaoke and they supply ear plugs. Super clean, hot shower, tv, kettle, perfect! Staff fabulous and very helpful. Check in and out easy Morning coffee and evening drink on front porch perfect We had come from Metrople 5 star hotel in Hanoi and found staff at this little hotel better and more engaged

If you are a light sleeper this may not suit Decide if window is a non negotiable Otherwise no complaints
