The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. One night I had a headache and it was late night so all the stores were closed but the desk guy ordered me some headache pills delivered to the hotel 🙌 The location is super central right off Saigon square and the room is really nice

It's not that I didn't like it per se but the bathtub is situated directly in front of the non-tinted windows which is super kinky I guess but ?? ??? ? ?? ? Also there are sexxxy lights installed if you go you'll see what I mean

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning is not cool at all but after telling the staff they fixed it right away.

This charming hotel is situated across from the renowned Ben Thanh Market, tucked away on a tranquil side street, far from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. I enjoyed my stay here, and it wasn't my first time; I had previously stayed in March 2020. Since my last visit, the hotel has undergone impressive upgrades, with freshly refurbished rooms that exude a fresh look, and the beds are both clean and wonderfully comfortable. The room has kettle and TV. If you're seeking a top-notch hotel conveniently located within walking distance of Ho Chi Minh City's major landmarks, I wholeheartedly recommend the Quy Hung Hotel. The staff, led by Ms. Duong, is exceptionally welcoming and exceedingly helpful

A great place. My second time, same room. Layout & facilities very pleasing. Balcony is a top feature. Very big & fantastic view. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Everything else you need within a short walk.

I loved the staff at the hotel he helped us to move our lugagges from lobby to room and back to taxi. He was very polite and humble. He guided us to roam the city tour and gave all the required information.

Can improve the room cleanliness

The hotel is conveniently located just off the busy Calmette street. Short walk from Bùi Viện and also near Ben Thanh Market (kind of between those two). 6th floor room was OK.

Air-condition either didn't work or was underpowered. Shower didn't bring our hot water. Cleaning and service was kind and welcoming. We got an extra fan to the room to bring comfort during sleep. The bed mattress is 'older Vietnamese style' (not rock hard but not soft eithe.. :))

we booked here last minute after a bad incident at another hotel. we had the friendliest, kindest welcome from the receptionist that checked us in (I am not sure of her name but she was lovely) my partner needed to go to the hospital and she helped us with directions. we extended our stay and the second receptionist was just as lovely and also helped us with printing our Cambodian visas (thank you Nghi - excellent service!) great stay!!

the receptionist named Nhi was so helpful, even though she doesnt speak english very well but her english is better than any other staff, she’s always trying to help and friendly too.

location is strategic to any tourist spots in district 1, the facilities in our room is great too, not fancy but meet our needs and expectation with this price

The staff were very helpful and they offer a quick and efficient laundry service. The room was clean and the shower was big. Location is very good- close to a lot of shops and in walking distance to town and restaurants.

ants in the room and not entirely clean as there was a chewing gum at the side of the table. the side table was a bit wonky and a hanger was broken. the room was smell a bit funny like drain
