Great location, very nice hotel.

The water pressure very slow.

This place was a mix. On the one hand the facility itself has a potential of falling short; walls were so thin and that the mechanical sound was so loud next to my specific room. But this could have been luck of the draw. On the other hand, the staff made every effort to make up for my noisy room and once moved or noises addressed this place was fantastic. The staff really has it in their mind to be helpful. As a serious bonus, the breakfast in this place is totally legit. Maybe not 6 star quality, this breakfast was really impressive with all sorts of layout. Far exceeding what you would expect in a 3 or 4 star American Hotel breakfast IMO.

Walls are thin. If neighbors are quiet than maybe this isn't an issue.

The room was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet except for street noise now and then. It was very convenient to restaurants, shops, and market. It appeared to be a newly opened hotel with other floors being renovated, but we didn't hear any noise from that.

They are still going through opening 'pains' so they couldn't process credit card easily. Also, heads up, the hotel name doesn't consistently show up on google searches properly...use address instead.

Firstly, the location is outstanding. To the Left of the hotel, you get the Western Quarter while the Right gives you the traditional life of the Vietnamese. One is never far from food, literally stone throw away!! Food Glorious Food. 😋 Secondly, service in the hotel is impeccable; right from the moment we stepped out of the Taxi to the day we left, the staff were exceptionally attentive. Hotel manager Thien An made our stay comfortable and every morning we were pampered by Ngoc Thinh and his team. The bellboy were very helpful and ever ready to assist. Keep up the Marvelous hospitality. Thirdly, its value for money I must say.

Nothing much. For those who are light sleeper and wants complete tranquillity, perhaps this property might be hard to come by as the location is in the city centre and also there’s a very Happening Beer Garden right across the road from the hotel. Other than that, nothing I can find Fault.

While we were apprehensive with a number of negative reviews, i have to say we had an excellent experience with the hotel. the staff was very friendly and forthcoming, the room was fresh and renovated, very clean, with clean and comfortable beds, clean bathroom and daily cleaning service, so really happy with the accommodation provided. its an excellent value for money, having in mind its centrally located and in walking distance to all mayor sights.

The location is ideal! The hospitality team are amazing. Friendly, professional and so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is fantastic!

Room doors are a bit flimsy and have a large gap at the bottom which allows light and noise into room. Walls are thin and again allow noisy neighbours to impact on peace and quiet.

Very helpful staff. Clean, bright, stylish room. Spacious. Even the smallest room has a balcony.

The pillows were too soft. No (mini-)fridge (yet). Room facing the main road would be noisy, but you've got a nice view.

The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. Good breakfast in restaurant n variety of dishes and very good cleaning service. The hotel is centrally located with regard to surrounding commercial buildings.

The hotel is located in perfect location if you are interested in night life of Saigon. Very close to Walking street, bars, restaurants and night clubs. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful.

Facilities are absent, corridors are not very clean, breakfast is weak. If to use stairs of the hotel you can get the feeling of shabbiness and that part of floors are not in use. In front of the hotel there is big and noisy bar thus those you want to have early bed time need to ask for rooms on another side which is not spectacular but silent.

I read many reviews saying it's very noisy but I stayed in the balcony room which was not noisy at all. The opposite nightclub noise wasn't loud with the balcony door closed. Room was a decent size and renovated as well (according to photos advertised). Location is a 5mins stroll to Bui Vien walking street. Staff were all polite and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

Corridor was without aircon so abit stuffy though did not bother us. Maybe as our room is the balcony room so a little dusty.
