An excellent high patronage hotel located in a neat area yet not far from busy tourist attractions. Good breakfast too.

The rooms are rather too small though well designed. Little space to even open trolley bags properly. One surprising fact is that rooms are not provided coffee/tea sachets as the norm followed mostly by other hotels. On demand electric kettle is provided but one has to self arrange sachets. Also. , the house keeping staff will clean the room but will not touch the glasses/cups used ! This is my only experience in all the hotels stayed around the world.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thanks to Trinh for making the the check in and check out process a breeze and always being happy to answer any questions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the soft bedding and quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still peaceful. Breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious. The bar makes some great cocktails too. Would definitely stay here again.

In a very small room, some extra hooks and shelves would be helpful but honestly, it was all very good. If the rooms ever go through renovations consider doing 2 things: - doors or curtains on the shower so the bathroom floor is not constantly wet - bathroom doors that offer total privacy instead of a few cm between the closed door and wall. I personally hare fat pillows and would prefer a flat option but I understand that it's not a common request

1.The staff are welcoming, their English is very good and they are very friendly. 2. The sanitation is very clean and the rooms are cleaned promptly every day. 3. The hotel is very safe, no need to worry about theft.

1. On my first day in the room on the eighth floor, I was woken up by the smell of formaldehyde after turning on the air conditioner. It gave me a headache and caused serious damage to my health. Although the staff kindly helped me change rooms later, it is still a very serious problem. Guests should not be allowed to stay in a hotel for the sake of profit before the formaldehyde has completely dissipated. 2. The windows in the room are all floor-to-ceiling windows, but these windows are closed, I mean they cannot be opened, so there is no air circulation, which may be one of the reasons why the formaldehyde gas in the house cannot be eliminated.

Another great stay in Wink - not as new or as fancy as Wink Can Tho - however still nice rooms for the price and great views (no pool unfortunately!). Happy hour at the bar was a bonus - barman did a mean Negroni! Breakfast also decent and a wide variety of choices. Hotel in a central location and a great chance to chill and recover from the chaos and heat of the city! Was a great stay before the slog of a long haul flight! Friendly reception too!

Nothing, it was a good hotel but we had stayed in the newer Wink hotel in Can Tho which was a step up in quality.

I am impressed with the Wink Hotel Saigon for their staff's customer services, facilities, and style. - The staff were professional, prompt response to my service requests and friendly. It appears they have a good team. - Value for money - Facilities, I couldn't find water kettle, I then realised that if I needed stuff similar like those, I could phone the staff. There was a little note next to the complimentary water bottles mentioned about it which I had missed. Convenient and reasonable price for laundry service available in house. There is a vending machine next to the laundry area. They also have some stalls on ground floor to sell snacks, food and drink, gifts. - The bed and pillows were great and comfy, attributing for a nice sleep. I was happy that I could sleep straight to the next morning. - The neighbours next to my room seemed quiet. It appeared that the customers' cohort there is with good manner for noise. - I invited one of my friends to have a drink with me at their ground floor bar in the evening. The price list was reasonable. My friend is a local there, and she was surprised and said it's a good price. - Breakfast was okay. Love the coffee machine. - The hotel is new and quite close Saigon CBD, great for who love walking, otherwise taxi or grab option with a small amount. There was a small convenient store up the road, some nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I pretty much strolled around and tried them when needed. I had a nice trip and good hotel this time. I'll be back.

The hotel has a cool design very modern ( cool but not as functional) the location was ok .. we had a serious incident with the breakfast. We are vegan and the stuff was not trained and they made my daughter eat pork.( forbidden for us, religiously, and consciously.) I have to say they went above and beyond to try and solve the matter Chris the manager was amazing also aquarim ( I think it’s that’s his name manager of kitchen ) they were really nice and try to make the rest of our stay better .. overall it’s a cool place and good for a few nights ..

The rooms are very small .. no tea in the room ,no proper closets space , the shower doesn’t have a door and only before I left I understood the “ cool design “ that the bathroom door actually closes the shower .. need to be point out ..

Wink Hotel was a great stay and unique experience. Truly, I wish more hotels were like Wink. I had a few hotel options for Ho Chi Minh City, but decided to go with Wink because they have a laundry room, and I desperately needed that at that point in my trip. I am so glad I chose them because there are multiple reasons to choose Wink over other hotels. The 24-hour check-in was so helpful and appreciated. More hotels should do this as it allows guests to get their money's worth, and it's really helpful to have the option to spend the last morning/half day exploring more of the city, and then come back and shower and eat, and even rest a bit before a late afternoon/evening flight (things you can't do with early checkout, even if hotel keeps your luggage). I always make sure to book a hotel with a restaurant in case I'm too exhausted after a long day out doing tourist stuff, and I can confirm after trying several items on their menu that the food is excellent, including breakfast too. I love their little market options by the restaurant where guests can buy power bars, drinks, and other snacks. I prefer to walk to explore a city, and I was able to walk to a lot of spots like the Opera House, Post Office/book street within 15 to 30 minutes (and so much to see along the way). Also, a very quick ride if you want to use Grab for transportation. The staff was great. Everyone was friendly, professional and ready to answer questions. They also set me up on a day tour to the Mekong Delta. I liked the room's compact layout; the design makes a great use of the space without feeling too small. I've seen some complaints about the shower. The door to the bathroom is also the door to the shower. I put the bath mat down and was fine. I had great views, a cool blackout shade, super comfortable bed, and I could not hear outside noises, even when they had a DJ in the lobby one night.

The crew that made this an amazing experience were : Bobby, Dan, Hans, Hanna, the name list goes on. It's almost the whole crew that was amazing throughout my stay. I was impressed with the view of the room in particular, the strong wifi and most importantly the location was good enough for exploring. Love the detox water that the hotel provides, best service ever.

I have to say that the breakfast buffet was rather unique in it's own way but the options were limited. Housekeeping isn't really on standby 24/7 so please do take note. There was a security camera that was facing towards the direction of our room door directly, I have highlighted this to the management but no response was given till now.

Good location, convenient, but not to close in to the touristy center. However, great hotel with a hip vibe. staff were great and always ready to help. Check in and check out were crisp. Looks relatively new hotel. Room is small but very functional, modern and comfortable. WIFI worked fine, with adequate outlets for charging and convenient desk. Breakfast options are quite decent. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are truly tiny. Not a room you would care to spend much time in. We didn't appreciate the view out of the window from our second floor room. The view of clothes drying in the windows of the adjoining building was indeed unpleasant.
