I recently stayed at Nexus Nguyen Binh Khiem and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a vintage theme, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Ho Chi Minh

Nexus house is super clean and really well styled. The finishes were really beautiful. The iced coffees in the lobby were really good and loved that they served in paper cups, no plastic! The neighborhood is still central and easy to get around and loved being just outside of the touristy area. Easy to catch a taxi and a short walk to so many cool bars/restaurants. Jade Emperor Pagoda is around the corner.

There were no areas to put your suitcase/spread out for a few days. The road outside of the hotel is super busy and intimidating to walk across. Not a fault of the hotel.

All hotel employees/staffs are young, their ages about my kids as college students. They are productive, always greeting customers with big smiles whenever seeing customers in the hotel lobby. They are so great to help customers with unexpected requests quickly and effectively. Room is so clean, neat and organized. Pillows and comforter smell fresh, clean and new. It is one of the best location in town. In other words, it is a center where I am able to go to anywhere else in a minute. I loved this place and enjoyed my vacation with 100% satisfaction. Location was great, 30min walk away from most tourist hot spots. Staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. And the room was nice and clean and cosy.

The rooms are a little makeshift. That's not to say they're uncomfortable as they're pretty cosy but they are a little pieced together like a mix matched jigsaw in some parts. Otherwise it's really nice !

Lovely staff, lovely room with a lot of amenities if you’d forgotten something.

I rented a scooter and the tiny parking fills up quickly. I got lucky not to have to park across the busy street but can imagine it could be if there were more guest. It’s a small thing but that’s the only small downside I could think off.

The location was very convenient, close to local shops, cafes, restaurants and a small park. The staff were always very helpful. The room was quiet and had excellent air-conditioning which was essential during the heatwave and we slept well. We liked the atmosphere in this neighbourhood. The bathroom was very clean and had a good shower.

Unforgettable first visit to Viet Nam, we will definitely be coming back for more shopping and culture immersion. I loved the service, the location and how clean this hotel is. Excellent housekeeping and reception staff, respectful and polite. Generous supply of towels, toiletries and slippers.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless. The neighborhood had everything you needed. Rooms a bit on the small side but that's expected given location.

Friendly staff, and great location. This location is within few minutes of public transportation. You can get anywhere within 20 to 30 minutes. There are many restaurant with in walking distance. Everything we could need was in the room, spotless and very comfortable.
