Lovely spacious option, great for families. Had the size of a private apartment rental but with the facilities of a hotel. The staff were great, and very friendly. The pool was good and a little children's playground was enjoyed by our kids. A small supermarket on site also was very helpful.

Honestly, not much we didn't like. We never tried the breakfast, it looked a little basic. Location-wise, it is a little far from some of the main sights and lots of cafes/restaurants in district 1. Grab taxis were very easy and cheap to get, so not a big issue, but if you're wanting to walk out the hotel and find stuff, it's not ideal.

The check-in staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a room facing the street, which proved to be quite noisy, particularly during peak hours. The staff graciously assisted us in checking availability and arranging an upgrade (at our expense) to a quieter room facing the playground. The room is self-sufficient with netflix, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave and oven, super helpful for those travelling with young kids. Additionally, I fell ill during our stay and needed urgent medical attention. The staff promptly arranged a taxi for me, and one of the security guards, Mr. Le Thanh Toan, kindly accompanied me to the hospital. I am deeply grateful to all the night shift staff who supported me on the evening of June 1st. Thank you very much for your care and assistance.

Pillow is a bit too soft and the location is slightly off the main District 1 area. Luckily Grab is easily available and affordable too!

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their outstanding assistance during my stay in Vietnam. They were incredibly helpful, calm, and supportive. Special thanks to Jerry for going the extra mile. Thanks to Vivienne and Phong for helping.Their professionalism and kindness truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Aside from the excellent service, the hotel itself was also a wonderful place to stay. The environment is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, strategic location, and great facilities like the swimming pool. It was the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return in the future!

The cleanliness of the room is top notch. AC and wifi worked super well. It was a very pleasant stay! My room somehow got upgraded (was it a birthday treat? haha) so staying alone in that spacious room felt super homey. Staff were very helpful. If you order foods online, they will help to send it straight to your room. Amazing service. Short distance to city's main attractions as well! It also got a convenience store inside the area / across the venue.

Nothing, really. If I had to be nitpicky, then perhaps kindly maintain the food heat on breakfast (some foods are already a bit cold to eat). Still tastes pretty great, though.

This hotel was amazing, clean and super spacious. We booked a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom, both were very spacious, beds were comfortable. The room had all the stuff we needed ie iron, washing and drying machine, full kitchen with utensils and pots etc The 3 bedroom even had a spare toilet in laundry. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Nice clean pool and spa outside with a small convenience store on site as well. Family mart, 711 and highland coffee plus local eateries within walking distance, even afew massage places across the road. Box market was within 15mins walking, great little market that sells Nice linen clothes and local Tshirts at very cheap prices compared to other markets so no negotiating is required.

Pillows could be firmer but overall it was good. Everything else is great.

I have travelled Southeast Asia for the past 7ish years, and the staff at this hotel was simply outstanding! Each and every person we met from the guards at the entrance of the property, to the wonderful people working at the front desk day and night, not to mention the staff at the pool area and the cleaning staff were just amazing. My husband and I talked about how every single person working at the property was extremly professional, warm and friendly, and it really made us feel very safe and welcome during our stay. The hotel has a good location in District 1, a short drive from everything and with 7eleven and Family Mart just across the street and is in a fairly quiet area. It also has a small supermarket with a really good selection of fresh fruit, ice cream, drinks etc. We stayed 6 nights and used Grab to order transportation and all the amazing food HCMC has to offer, which worked out great for us. We really enjoyed the pool area during the daytime and at first I was a bit worried that there wouldn’t be enough sunbeds (12 + regular chairs) but many of the guests at the hotel didn’t use the pool or if they did, they would come once the sun disappeared, which worked in our favor. The apartment is huge and has everything you could need - even a washing machine, which was very easy to use. Very good quality pillows (5 star hotel standard), the mattress was a bit hard but not too bad. Great water pressure and tons of storage/closet space.

If I can give a bit of constructive feedback, I would suggest to make sure the cleaning of the apartment is a bit more thorough - for example the doors, walls in the shower and the fridge in our apartment had some stains, and also some of the kitchen supplies. Usually I am very picky about cleanliness at a hotel, but I feel like all of the positives outweighed this part (very rare!). And also, I would mention that some updates would be in order. For example the umbrellas in the pool area are very worn and old. It is clear that the property is an older one and could be renovated, however everything is very well maintained and looked after, so it was not an issue for me.

We love our stay! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by friendly staff, then found out about our spacious apartment ( 3 rooms with a laundry, huge kitchen complete, washing machine and a place to hang our clothes). To add to it, they offer fast speed Wifi, 50 inches tv with soundbar, good quality appliances, 50L water with dispenser just made us feel at home with our family with kids. We need to thank Jane, the event planner; her professionalism, passion for sharing the local experiences and her warm smiles always attend to our questions are invaluable! The apartment also has access to 24/7 gym, resident lounge and spa pool. 7Eleven, Family Mart and K Market just around the corner and a Michelin star Pho shop just within walking distance.

The unit was really spacious and comfortable. Everything I need is provided. Literally everything. They have washing machine, iron and board, hair dryers, microwave, two bathrooms, spacious dining and living area. The front staff speak good English. Every staff is hepful and attentive.

Not really within walking distance from the centre where tourists like to go like the markets etc but they have a lot of cafes nearby. And you can just use the Grab app to move around. It's convenient and reasonably priced. There was no grab on my last visit to Vietnam. So having Grab is really a game-changer. No more communication issue with your driver!
