I love my room! The bed is very comfy and the air conditioning is good. It's very spacious too and has everything I need, even the toiletries. The location is perfect too. Accessible to anywhere. I also appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Nam waited for me to check in because my flight arrival's already late. He made sure that my room is ready at that time. Thank you!

the room was not very soundproof. it was right next to reception and i could hear everything from there. But maybe it is only the case for the room in ground floor. It is not too bad though. bc bedroom has another door and u dont hear anything when u close it.

All staff are very nice and very polite, more than my expectations, that's worth for what we paid to stay. I think not many hotels have this type of staff, every staff was greeting us when we are walking through, that make us feel VIP. Breakfast and dinner were good

I noted that we come 1.5 hour before check-in, but a receptionist said that our room don't ready, and offer me pay for early check-in, I paid and, it turned out that room had been ready! A stove was broken and microwave oven doesn't work (but staff did change it by my request). Myriad ants attacked us constantly.
