The size, cleanliness,airconditiing, wifi and location. Everything met or exceeded expectations. We are a family of four and all of us found the appartment really comfortable. The gym is good for a hotel gym and has enough equipment for a good workout. The pool is ok probably could use an upgrade but was great to use after sightseeing. The location is great with almost all major tourist attractions walkable or a short grab rode away. There is a mini markt and we got fruit,drinks and snacks there.

There was nothing we didnt like. It prpbably will need an upgrade in the next few years but that is just style.

We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen perfect for families. There was also a washing machine, which we used easily. The room was very clean, and housekeeping came daily, which was a big plus for me. A thoughtful touch was the large gallon of drinking water provided in the kitchen. It made it easy to refill our water bottles each day, which was great for both us and the environment. The hotel pool was perfect for my kids spacious and at a comfortable temperature for the weather. There's also a well-stocked supermarket on-site and a fantastic Japanese restaurant that we really enjoyed. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions.

Room was a little dated but very spacious. The location was excellent with lots of eateries right in front and around it. We walked to Dong Khoi st in 30min! The staff both front desk and at gym were so friendly and helpful - especially when compared to staff at another 5• hotel nearby! The best feature was they provide a big bottle of drinking water in the kitchen that are also refillable. I would love to see this practice adopted by other hotels in VN.

My eyes became quite red after swimming in the hotel pool. Apparently it was due to pool water and probably me not having a good swimming goggles. My family though didn’t get that problem!

Our stay was wonderful! The spacious, clean room and friendly staff made it a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were checked in by Phat who was particularly welcoming. Other front desk staff like Ken, Karen and another girl whom I forgot her name were helpful too, offering great recommendations for local eateries nearby, hair salons, and massage parlors. Even the housekeeping staff (whose names I passed on to Karen) were incredibly polite. We also want to give a shout-out to the security guard, Le Loc – always attentive :) While not in the heart of the city, the hotel's location offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Grab rides were readily available, affordable, and conveniently got us to most attractions within 10-15 minutes.

Really spacious two bedroom apartment with all the facilities you need including a washing machine/dryer. The pool is massive and the gym had more machines than I have seen in hotels before. There is a mini mart right beside the lobby so you didn't have to go far to stock up your kitchen and there is a Starbucks just down the road for those Aussie coffee snobs (like myself). 15 minutes on foot to the markets and all the other major attractions.

The bed was on the firm side, more of an issue for my wife and the breakfast selection could have had a bit more variety

This is the first time i visited Saigon and i love this hotel. The most friendly staff in the hotel helps you more than they have to and they do care about your comments, unlike most the italian hotels i have visited recently. We had a problem with very very noisy guests from USA who shouted and talked loud in the room late in the night and who wont stop even after we talked to them. The hotel staff helped us and made the rest of the stay very comfortable. The hotel is situated in the very heart of district one so it is bit noisy ofc, but it definetely gives you the quiet condition you need after a long day in Saigon. I would come back to this hotel just because of the staff!!

there are unfortunately many international guests who take advantage of the friendly working staff. The hotel should be more strict to guests who don´t respect the rules and think that they are at home in Florida.

The apartment was really spacious and super clean. Beds were comfy. Aircon worked well in all areas. To me the best feature was the pool, quite large and heated. It is located in a quiet environment, so the overall experience was much enjoyable. I must also mention the location. It was fantastic, within walking distance of all attractions. I need to add that we like to walk around, but all central attractions were within 30 minutes walking.

If I have to mention one thing, that would be breakfast. It is in a Japanese restaurant and it was just ordinary for my taste.

Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers booked the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was huge and very spacious. 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, washing machine/dryer, and balcony. The second room had 2 single beds for our teens. The hotel has a grocery store near reception which is very handy. The location of the hotel is excellent - just around the corner from the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Opera House. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this property for families and it's excellent location.

Teens loved the pool (deepest and BIGGEST one we've had in 2 weeks) and the gym had far more equipment than we've had anywhere. Staff were attentive. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms with a generous living area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Great for our family of 4 to reset, wash and relax whilst being short grab into the city. Close by to an EXCELLENT SPA OMNI and not far from cafes etc. 2 x cinemas.close by if that's your thing. Easy to catch a grab, taxi etc as private driveway / car.area off.of.busy strip. Probably should have utilised the kitchen during our stay.. hand supermarket downstairs with everything you might need.

It wasn't the flashiest of places thats we've stayed, but... it had more 'home' like comforts. Having a washing machine and dryer saved us between 30-50k a load! So... my 'negative' feedback is actually... POSITIVE! 😊

I received a message from the staff saying that if we need information on how to reach the hotel, they can help, but nobody replied to my question. note that in the evening the center of the city was completely blocked so we spend the next half an hour in the taxi and an extra half an hour walking the luggage is to the hotel. quite inconvenient!
