Responsive and efficient staff, great location, excellent standards in the room. Breakfast was chaos on our first morning (holiday period) with everyone arriving at the same time and huge queue building up. Management quickly arrived, took charge and sorted things out very fast and the subsequent days a second restaurant was opened. Impressed by the responsiveness.

Given high floors shame there is no sky bar.

This was our last stay after 4 weeks of fantastic travel through Vietnam. We had booked an apartment so there was room for all 5. The room was fine. Fitness really good. The area is super nice with walking distance to a lot. Breakfast was served at the hotel next door. Really good selection and super service.

We had booked for 5, but there were only 4 beds etc. When we mentioned it, it was quickly set up. We arrived early by bus but were not allowed to check in earlier without having to pay extra. However, we were allowed to be in the common room and the pool until 3pm. Pool was a bit boring considering 5 star hotel

Perfect location. Room was huge and the extra space was very much appreciated. Cleaned everyday. Amenities were perfect from toiletries to kitchen supplies. Convenience store on the ground floor was a huge plus. Many restaurants, all good. It was the perfect stay for my family and I. Grab was easy to book and never struggled finding the hotel. Breakfast was amazing.

Nitpicking only. I wish our rooms had a bedet.

Big spacious room with work area, connected with small Food court (adjacent building), just on the back of the hotel area but more private and reserved, good Italian restaurant (Basilico).

Works were ongoing for lobby renovation. Sometimes lots of noise during the day.

I find Miss Van and Miss Phong at the Residences Reception where amazing with everything of my stay and always thoughtful and pleasant and professional in all they assisted with me during my stay. Very grateful ⭐️⭐️

Business Center

We stayed in the 3 bedroom-apartment and it is spacious, nice and clean. It is a good option for family and it was comfortable, we all enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good

We didn’t have welcome offers (drink, souvenirs) like other 5 stars hotels. Not sure because we stayed in the apartment not hotels, but it should be the same as they are all under 1 name Intercontinental! It doesn’t really worth the money although we had a good stay

big room with many amenities for long stay, bed is big and comfortable, air-con units are perfectly placed- it worked quietly so we have a very good night sleep. room is soundproof so we hardly hear any noise from the busy street below

the shower faucet system is not user friendly, it's very difficult to turn especially when your hands are slippery with soap

Highlights of the property included the generous proportions of the rooms (including washroom/shower and separate toiler), the fresh breakfasts, the built-in food court + convenience store + ATM facilities, the central location.

I stayed here exactly one month ago so everything I said in my original review is still valid. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous suite. This time around there was a gigantic TV inside the living room. The view from the balcony was nice. The hotel is in the heart of the city.

I have to mention one thing. I will not disclose the receptionist's name. I am merely sharing this so the management can do something about it. When I was checking it, the front desk agent took a photo of the card I used to make payment and saved it to the iPad that he was using (probably the hotel's iPad). When I asked what he was doing, he simply said "sorry" and deleted it from the camera roll before I said anything else. I am now directly speaking to the front desk manager. I am sure your personnel means no harm. Please train them properly. It was a little short of scandalous. I was using a debit card so I forgave him.
