Modern, clean, great facilities and excellent location in district 3. English widely spoken throughout and the staff were incredibly helpful. The Albion Restaurant was fabulous. Food, service and view were exceptional. Worthy of a special mention was the tomato entree - fresh produce, excellent selection of herbs and sorbet made for a mouthwatering treat. Steak was cooked perfectly and we selected a beautiful red as advised by the sommelier to go with it. A pre dinner cocktail at the bar is well worth it. The artistry in preparation and then the drink itself absolutely fabulous. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this hotel. As a side note the hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations with the theme this year being Harry Potter - just amazing!!

A very minor point were the number of lounges by the pool and that pack up was often dictated by patrons at rooftop bar.

It's a very nice hotel, with great rooms.

The aircon is pretty windy, not really well adjustable, and blows directly toward the bed. That's negative. I got charged by the hotel, even though I should have paid the hotel. That made us a problem, as I booked the rooms for other people than me. So, in the end, my colleagues had to pay me, as all was on my card. Staff reacted quickly, but the management policy is probably terrible. The invoice also included some minibar expenses that I had not consumed, so the staff canceled it after a short complaint by me. But that puts that hotel not in a good light.

Very good location; near to all sightseeing spots. Very good rooms and bathrooms. We love the lounge with good views and very freindly service. Rooms are perfekt

Very loud party at roof top; do not take a room in an upper level; you can`t sleep before 1 am; it´s not only loud music there is a whining bass til 15th floor. For a 5 star hotel it´s not acceptable. It´s a pity that a very good hotel have such a loud roof top party every day. Loud music is acceptable, but not a buss which goes through concrete.

Great staff made us feel really welcome and we're very accommodating. Roof top amazing, pool great and room really comfortable with everything we needed for a city stay.

We were told breakfast was included when we checked in, but it was not, so had to pay additional charges. The issue was more woth booking.com as the information on our reservation showed breakfast included, which was misleading as was not.

The breakfast was great. We requested beef / chicken sausage and the next morning it appeared among the buffet items! I was super impressed when my husband did not attend breakfast one morning, and one of the waiters made a special effort to ensure that my husband had a takeaway plate. I also liked the Christmas theme for 2024....out of Harry Potter's tale. Also the art work in the hotel was amazing.

The hotel didn't seem to have regular and reputable taxi services available. They replied upon stopping taxis off the street like anyone else.

Absolutely loved our room. It was fantastic. Super comfy, cool, gorgeous views. A larger corner unit on the 21st floor. Spacious as well. There was some noise coming through from the floor above (furniture being bashed about or dragged late and early), but I just put in my noise cancelling headphones. Otherwise can’t fault it.

We had no choice on arrival time in Saigon. We had been travelling for 24 hours and were exhausted. Too exhausted to walk around an unfamiliar city for several hours, especially as I’m recovering from surgery. I feel the hotel could have allowed us to rest somewhere discreet. We had to lie around the lobby from 8am till 12.30pm. It was rather hellish. But the biggest dislike of our stay was the rooftop music by the pool. For an art hotel, they should have curated fresh, chilled contemporary music. Think songs like the Macarena and Barbie Girl mixed into bad commercial house music! And far too loud by the loungers. There needs to be separate volume settings for chill areas at the pool.

Outstanding hotel in an excellent location in Ho Chi Minh. The room was very well appointed. The bed was super comfortable, they have a pillow menu so you can select the pillow firmness of your choosing, the bathtub has outstanding bath salts, and the lighting was excellent, so many ambient options and really great lighting around the bathroom sink. We loved the rooftop bar, felt like a high-end club in NYC. The pool and pool views were phenomenal. Wish we had stayed longer/done less so we could have enjoyed the hotel more! The location is also great- just steps away from the War Remnants Museum, the Post Office, the "Notre Dame of Saigon," and more, we were able to easily walk to most major sights.
