It’s located in a nice and peaceful area. The rooms are also spacious and the breakfast buffet is really good. There’s a Jollibee restaurant, local cafes and restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. You arrive to your room with lots of complimentary food and drinks. The staff is excellent! They’re helpful and easy to talk to.

They sell a 1.5-liter water for 50,000 VND when it’s only 9,000 VND at the grocery store. So don’t buy water from them. 😅

Very good location close to major sights in District 1/3. Good breakfast with broad variety of choices, although it could get quite busy on weekdays. Spa, small pool and sauna are available if you want to relax a bit from the city hustle. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

The small pool is more like a large jacuzzi, not suitable for swimming. The gym is tiny, not enough space or equipment for a workout, mainly jogging or cycling possible. Sauna area is only accessible for men - the ladies get only a tiny „private“ steam bath hidden in their locker room. This is a bit odd and should be solved otherwise, e.g. by offering separate hours for men and women during the day.

Location of the establishment is relatively good. Walking distance (10-15 min) to good restaurant or Ben Nghe Street Food Market and 20 minutes walk to Takashimaya and Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast caters for westerners as well as asian customers. Room and bed sheets, towels are clean.

Although you can not escape road traffic noise in most establishments, soundproofing of rooms is desirable.

The reception and cleaning staff for the hotel were lovely and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre, we could get to many museums, the Ben Nghe food market (go!), the independence palace and many other markets were all in walking distance or a short cab ride away. Our bedroom was very comfortable and came with robes and slippers. We also got fresh towels regularly which is nice when the humidity is high and you need to take a lot of showers. They also restocked our free mini bar daily which kept us in water and soda (there was also beer but we didn't drink that). The bathroom was a decent size too. The air-conditioning worked well.

Although the hotel itself was lovely, we unfortunately cannot recommend the spa. We went on our last day and the jacuzzi and steam bath were out of action and there were a lot of cockroaches in the changing room. It may have been the language barrier but my masseuse went way too rough on me despite me audibly saying "ouch" several times and I ended up with bruises on my spine and lower back.

The staff was prompt in meeting all our needs, they provided recommendations for things to do, and the AC was effective in cooling us off from the humidity and Ho Chi Minh smog

The walls are too thin and there is hardly any sound insulation between rooms. Unfortunately, we could hear people in the next room coming and leaving their room, and also heard their conversations.

Location is ideal if you are interested in history aspect of Vietnam and shopping. Just short ride to public market and good restaurants are just walking distance. It is within the tourist busy areas but a bit further outside from the usual noisy areas which is really good. Breakfast is very good, buffet of mostly Vietnam food selections including an omelette section and the hot soup can be ordered. The best feature of this hotel is their SPA which is free for all guests. I will stay in this hotel again when I visit HCM city

The location is the biggest asset of this hotel. The rooms are fine (normal hotel room). There is a spa, which is a bit less than usual but in line with the price of the hotel. The breakfast is reasonable quality; there is plenty of choice though. The staff at the breakfast is friendly. The staff at the reception desk looks a bit tired.

There was a bit of an odour (sewage) in the hallway just in front of my room. Also, the noise of the people who got to breakfast in the morning was annoying (but I think that was just for my room, others should be fine).

The lady (Emily)at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Also, the staff at the lounge, restaurant, room service is very nice. The breakfast is very good. Very good location

There is no smart TV in the hotel for 4 stars. It's expensive to replace all of them. I suggest adding an Android TV box with a switch 2 input 1 output (HDMI connectors). The Android TV Box is connected to the first input of the switch. The VTV Cab Box is connected to the second input. The output is connected to the TV, There is YouTube everywhere in the Vietnam hotels.

All about the hotel's room, the bedroom is clean, neat and tidy. The complimentary drinks are refillable everyday. The location is strategic and easy access to all interesting places including the market. Very well mannered and pleasant staff especially Will, Jessica and other staff at the reception desk. They are very attentive.

Sometimes there is a smell occurring when walking at the corridor at a certain lower level. I think it's from the garbage outside.

I was surprise that the breakfast is that good, compare to few other stays that I have experienced in HCMC. The room is good and the toilet is large. I also happy that there are 2 oranges at the room when i arrived (though I booked everything last minute). The minibar is also included with 2 bottles of water, 2 small Coca-cola and 2 beers.

The corridor smells like moldy carpet. I booked the room with window (as in the description), but the wall of the neighbor is like 50cm away.
