It’s located in a nice and peaceful area. The rooms are also spacious and the breakfast buffet is really good. There’s a Jollibee restaurant, local cafes and restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. You arrive to your room with lots of complimentary food and drinks. The staff is excellent! They’re helpful and easy to talk to.

They sell a 1.5-liter water for 50,000 VND when it’s only 9,000 VND at the grocery store. So don’t buy water from them. 😅

Very good location close to major sights in District 1/3. Good breakfast with broad variety of choices, although it could get quite busy on weekdays. Spa, small pool and sauna are available if you want to relax a bit from the city hustle. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

The small pool is more like a large jacuzzi, not suitable for swimming. The gym is tiny, not enough space or equipment for a workout, mainly jogging or cycling possible. Sauna area is only accessible for men - the ladies get only a tiny „private“ steam bath hidden in their locker room. This is a bit odd and should be solved otherwise, e.g. by offering separate hours for men and women during the day.

Location of the establishment is relatively good. Walking distance (10-15 min) to good restaurant or Ben Nghe Street Food Market and 20 minutes walk to Takashimaya and Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast caters for westerners as well as asian customers. Room and bed sheets, towels are clean.

Although you can not escape road traffic noise in most establishments, soundproofing of rooms is desirable.

The staff was prompt in meeting all our needs, they provided recommendations for things to do, and the AC was effective in cooling us off from the humidity and Ho Chi Minh smog

The walls are too thin and there is hardly any sound insulation between rooms. Unfortunately, we could hear people in the next room coming and leaving their room, and also heard their conversations.

The reception and cleaning staff for the hotel were lovely and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre, we could get to many museums, the Ben Nghe food market (go!), the independence palace and many other markets were all in walking distance or a short cab ride away. Our bedroom was very comfortable and came with robes and slippers. We also got fresh towels regularly which is nice when the humidity is high and you need to take a lot of showers. They also restocked our free mini bar daily which kept us in water and soda (there was also beer but we didn't drink that). The bathroom was a decent size too. The air-conditioning worked well.

Although the hotel itself was lovely, we unfortunately cannot recommend the spa. We went on our last day and the jacuzzi and steam bath were out of action and there were a lot of cockroaches in the changing room. It may have been the language barrier but my masseuse went way too rough on me despite me audibly saying "ouch" several times and I ended up with bruises on my spine and lower back.

The lady (Emily)at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Also, the staff at the lounge, restaurant, room service is very nice. The breakfast is very good. Very good location

There is no smart TV in the hotel for 4 stars. It's expensive to replace all of them. I suggest adding an Android TV box with a switch 2 input 1 output (HDMI connectors). The Android TV Box is connected to the first input of the switch. The VTV Cab Box is connected to the second input. The output is connected to the TV, There is YouTube everywhere in the Vietnam hotels.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. We were able to check-in early and two of our three rooms were upgraded free of charge.

good location, close to attractions. we got a room facing the street, they upgraded us. The breakfast is also good, although Asian dishes predominate, but everyone will find something for themselves. The room is comfortable and clean, the bed is comfy. The staff is extremely kind throughout the hotel. Especially Pamela and Emily at the front desk. Emily helped us a lot. My wife got sick and everything was closed because of the Lunar New Year, but Emily kept calling until one of the hospitals accepted us. He stayed there even after working hours and helped me solve my problem with the airline. Thanks again ! We will definitely return to this hotel.

At this price, there’s nothing to be wary of. My favorite is the sauna and a large cold pool which you can use for free if you stay at the hotel. The sauna attendants are very polite and attentive, you can tip freely. Although the hotel's appearance, corridors and some facilities are very old, the rooms are very clean and the hot water pressure is sufficient. Needless to say, the location of the hotel is quiet and convenient.

I must say that the breakfast is not very rich, but I won't criticize it because the price of the stay is great value for money. By the way, they provides freshly made egg dishes and rice noodles. The only drawback of this trip was that on the last night, the passengers next door were so noisy that I even asked the front desk to deal with it twice and still couldn't solve the problem.

Room was a good size and was quiet considering the traffic that passes by. Bed comfy and room was of a good size. Good A/C. Made a difference being in District 2 as District 1 is right in the thick of the noise and traffic. We were only 15 minute walk from all amenities, restaurants, market etc

The bathroom shower was a bit dated. Could not have a shower without holding the shower head as the water pressure kept pushing the head in the holder towards the shower curtain rather than on the person washing.
