My partner and I stayed here for one month while living in HCMC and it was truly wonderful. Firstly, my partner and I had planned to stay at this property earlier in the year but, unfortunately, he suffered a serious injury that meant we had to cancel our entire trip with very little notice. We contacted this property and, without hesitation, they gave us a FULL refund for the stay. That was some of the best news we got during that time. As for our actual stay- the facilities were perfect- certainly the largest apartment we’d stayed in during our time in SEA. There is 24 hour reception so you always feel so safe and supported. Any time I had a question, I would message and get a prompt reply. Special shout out to the cleaning ladies who cleaned our room DAILY- and did an outstanding job. They were just wonderful. Another special shoutout to the night and day time receptionists who were always happy to help and even let us use the printer one day. I loved this place so much and wish everyone working here the best. Ps. It’s also very close to everything so great location too!

Excellent location and price for a serviced apartment right in the middle of Q3 — they have a very affordable laundry service, service the room daily, and have 24 hour security. Great value for the price, we spent a solid week here and it was everything we needed.

There was a slightly musty smell to the room and the bath towels — almost certainly just because Saigon is incredibly humid. Still, given the cost of the space it was absolutely bearable.

Really clean and comfortable rooms, very nice owners and cleaning staff. Great location near the city centre. Definitely recommended.

The windows faced onto a concrete wall a few feet away so the room was quite dark without the lights on. The lighting was excellent though, probably the best I've ever seen in a hotel, so that made up for it. If you're planning to be in a lot during the day then it might be worth opting for the more expensive room type with the balcony.

We had a great time here. The apartment had a great size and with a good bathroom. They even cleaned the apartment every day. The owner was so nice and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped, but we almost didn't use it anyway because we just wanted to taste the great vietnamese food

This place is a real serviced apartment: elevator, kitchenette with microwave, medium size refrigerator with real freezer, in room drinking water dispenser, laundry service, and safe parking for your bike.

Water is less hot and stops sometimes for late evening baths.

The apartment was awesome in general, super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed here longer as it felt like home. The host was great and communicated often to ensure everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The location was also great with many cafes and restaurants located nearby.

Bathroom amenities could have been a bit better.

Location is perfect for district 1 attractions, walking distance. Manager arranged repairs of the air conditioning on same day when we reported it faulty. Large Water bottle in the kitchen. Same day Laundry service. Apartment cleaned and towels replaced every day.

Room was spacious, windows and balcony was great to allow light in and the view was pretty good. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lift, which is great when you're going up 7 flights of stairs.

Overall everything was pretty good, if we had to find a negative is was that the aircon in our room was a little noisy.

The staff were really helpful and attentive. The room itself was big and with all the facilities you need (a kitchen, water dispenser, laundry service etc.). The location was amazing and within walking distance to most attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accomodation in Saigon.

Clean and tidy, comfy bed and lots of space for 2 people. Close to atm and food. A short walk to most places.

Was a bit hard to find our taxi driver struggled as it was down a little side street. Not easily visible from the main road.
