The Hotel is located in a very good place, close to the important sights of HCM. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, hygienic and clean. The staff of the hotel was helpful.

The pool schedule is until 7PM, and if you are exploring HCM, you won't have time to enjoy a late evening pool swim, so I think that the hotel can expend the program of the pool. We didn't like the coffee provided for breakfast. For a country with such experience in coffee they could do better than an americano in a hot tube.

The friendliest staff ever, great location, nice rooms. Probably the best Hotel we stayed in in Vietnam - but also the most expensive.

The coffee. I mean, this is by far the most expensive hotel, we stayed in in Vietnam, and it is probably the WORST coffee I ever had IN MY LIFE. It is like they try to save money on coffee, and therefore make is SO thin, so all you get is a cup of warm water with coffee-flavor. Doesn’t fit the rest of the standard of the Hotel.

The hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The room was very quiet and cleaned, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was also offering quite a lot of local and western options. There is also a cafeteria next to reception where you can have some drinks during the day. The location was also great, very centric, and pretty close to everything

Although the hotel is non-smoking, we could smell some cigarettes during the early morning hours. Maybe we were near some exit for the staff where they could smoke. During the day, I was bringing with me a small towel for refreshing because of the warm temperature, and I left a letter in the room on the second day asking where this towel was. I can understand if this was missing on the checkout, but it was not, so I was a bit surprised.

My wife was feeling sick so she couldn't make breakfast. I offered to go get w couple of sandwiches but was told this was nit possible thr lack of empathy left a sour taste in my mouth. Botj of us skipped the meal and i waited for her to recover suffering from gastric as a result of not eating. Train your staff to have some empathy

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly the bell boys were very friendly and helpful at all times throughout out stay.

The rooms were tight but manageable. The pool was a major disappointment, it was small and there are 4 loungers so it fills up very quickly and the steam room was very poor and tiny, the door didn’t seal and the machine producing steam barely worked when I was in it. It barely got even past Luke warm. The fitness centre was also another major disappointment. It is a bedroom which is being called a fitness centre. The bed has been removed and they’ve put in a thread mill, spin bike and a few dumbbells up to 15kg.

Of all the hotels that I have stayed at on my current trip, Orchid Hotel Saigon stood out. Their customer service was superb, with staff always there to open the entrance doors for you as you leave and exit. The staff were always polite and helpful. I want to especially thank Trung for his helpfulness. I really liked my bedroom on floor 11, which had a fantastic well-equipped bathroom, with an amazing high-tech toilet which was totally effective and did not require you to handle a clunky handheld bidet sprayer or use toilet paper. I was very impressed. Even their gym had one of these. My room had the classic polished dark wood walls and wood floors which are so much more sensible than carpeted floors. The only small thing that i noticed was the bed firmness which was a bit to firm for my liking. But I still slept well, and the aircon is very effective and not noisy. The lifts were fast, and the breakfast had a varied selection of foods. You could ask for your eggs cooked to your desire or coffee freshly made if you wish. The location was good, in the less busy District 3 area, but still only a short walk to the buzzing District 1 area. All in all very happy and I would stay there again!

The bed i had was slightly too firm. Maybe a thick topper mattress pad would make the difference. Was not enough of a problem though for me to complain about or change rooms.

Fantastic boutique 4-star hotel. Great location and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Staff were exceptional with their service. Breakfast was fair to good, and it was nice to have a western style burger on the room service menu. Room was fabulous. Both the bathroom and room were spotless. The housekeeping staff really know what they are doing and do an exceptional job. I highly recommend this hotel as it is a true 4-star hotel in a great location.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. Let's face it, no hotel is perfect however the staff were really approachable and fixed any niggles straight away.

I was surprised to find that my room key card was able to unlock other guest rooms. This happened by mistake, but it immediately raised concerns about the security protocols in place. I believe this is a serious issue that the hotel management should address promptly to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests.

Hotel has excellent staff and are very accommodating of requests. I asked for an early check in and got one (paid). The hotel facilities are good. Pool and gym are decent. The family suites were in penthouse that had a good view.

Breakfast had very limited vegetarian options. The staff did prepare veggie fried rice and noodle upon request. It was difficult for the fourth person to stay in the suite. It was good for 3. We could squeeze 4 due to sofa.
