We stayed on two occasions, 3 days and 2 days. Breakfast selection far superior on the earlier visit, as was check in process. Second visit a little disappointing.

Second check in process not up to expected standard (Accor Hotels) possibly due to booking.com reservation rather than via the Accor membership as we were repeatedly told (felt a bit "second class"). Not particularly welcoming and after flight from Hue, we lost our "relaxed" vibe for a bit. No welcome drink vouchers as per first visit, and all other Novotel/Accor experiences over many years. Perhaps some female reception staff require further hospitality training. Bar staff on lower level excellent and concierge staff superb. Massage spa and staff superb. Top floor bar staff quite superb and very helpful with dining and shopping suggestions outside of the hotel.

Good location and buffet breakfast had a variety of choices. The sky bar was lovely for a couple of sundowners. I was unwell (nothing to do with the hotel) and it was a comfy room to feel better in. Great pillows.

The bed! Despite being a king size, it had an uncomfortable ridge down the middle so I ended up sleeping on one side.

Great location for business. Would definitely stay again but beware the room facing the main road are very noisy from the bar across the road and from rain hammering on the aluminum outside floor cladding. I’ve stayed here twice and on reflection prefer the internal rooms facing away from the main road.

Good hotel in the heart of city. We had a long stay of 7 nights in a Junior suite. Room was spacious & comfortable with access to executive Lounge. Location is great and within walking distance of almost everything.

Breakfast was a standard affair with not much effort put in changing daily menu. It got pretty boring from the third day onwards.

Location and facilities like terrace bar and spa were excellent.

My only complain is that in the room there is no plug socket in the bathroom.. On top, in the room, the available plug sockets are not in front of the mirror. Therefore, it is impossible to use the equipments like hair straightener etc.in front of the mirror. It is very inconvenient.

There’s a good staff who can communicate in english. Clean and Nice function of room. Location is good. The taxi can easily drop off.

the nearby restaurant might be noisy until 22-23pm.

Nice location, breakfast buffet and lounge access. Nice pool for swimming.

The pillows and the rooms, which were quite small. The swimming pool is for swimming and the area as such is not for sun bathing.

Breakfast plenty of choice well presented fresh. Average size room clean functional ok for a short stay. Walking distance to various shop’s, restaurants,mall and places of interest

Swimming very cold changing facilities nonexistent. No locker if these facilities excised there was no one to ask at the pool..lounge area and bar area basic seating old not somewhere I would want to spend the evening

Friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic staff! Fantastic breakfast; one of the best in all of our Asian travels. Amazing custom made coffee too. Very large room with plenty of light and space. Convenient location with plenty of things to explore in the area.

Good selection of food, nice display and spacious breakfast area. Comfortable rooms. Request for adjoining rooms were accommodated 👍. Big shower space.

Too warm in the corridors/hallways on the room floors - air conditioning could be stronger there for better ventilation.
