Excellent staff. Prior to arrival I requested they stock the refrigerator with a few beers and they did so - nice touch after an international flight arriving at the hotel close to midnight. They also arranged a couple of Grab rides for me (Grab = Uber / Lyft in Vietnam and other countries in the region). Nice location across the street from a large city park with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Lack of onsite restaurant, but it’s not much of an issue given how many options exist within just a couple of blocks. If guests have mobility issues, they should know there are a few steps from the street to get up to the main entrance. However, once inside, the elevator works well so easy to get from the lobby to the rooms.

Very clean and modern room. Centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants around. A beautiful park just across the street. Staff are very nice and helpful

If you room faces the park, you get a good view but then a very loud music at 6am in the morning due fitness activities there and also very clear motorbikes noise at night. However if you chose aroom facing another side, then view to the wall and neighbours houses. Heavy perfume smell in the lobby

absolutely beautiful in every way! The suit I stayed in was so comfortable and clean and provided me with everything I needed. The staff are hands down beyond incredible I could not rate them higher … definitely recommend and will definitely come back 😊

as much as Ho Chi Minh is quite a busy city you literally don’t hear any noise from your room, it’s close to everything you possibly need and the Central Park across the road from the hotel is beautiful and even at night is well lit up and beautiful

The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing and has a shower door. You could have room serviced every day if you wanted. The combo washing machine and dryer was great, just a little long for dryer cycle. There was a stovetop and a few pots to cook things. There is a microwave and full size fridge. There is a tv in both bedroom and lounge room and you can screen share your phone to them. The location was fantastic, just across from a park and a short grab ride to anywhere.

Nothing I cam think of

Facilities were clean. 2 complementary waters a day. Just about everything you need is provided for you from pots and pans, to an iron and board, etc. Right next to a quiet park. Far more quiet than what's usual for Vietnam. Note that detergent is extra for the washing machine if you did not bring your own. Front desk is efficient and their response time is very quick for anything we needed. Hot water was plenty.

It's about a 25 minute walk to the main downtown. Wifi for the tv is a bit slow, but still efficient for most of my experiences using YouTube on TVs in Vietnam.

Well-equipped and very comfortable apartment with modern fittings. Felt newly updated. Washer/dryer in unit. King sized bed.great wardrobe space. Gym on ground floor. Near to Tour Les Jours bakery, & 3 fab restaurants (Prem, Du Du Xanax & Blanc).

Would have loved an Nespresso machine and better insulated windows if facing the park.small points.

Clean, modern, safe, and the staff is super nice.

If I must say, there was a dog (I think on the roof or something) that kept whining and barking all day, so it was a little hard to sleep. But other than that, all was great. Oh yeah, they also have no USB connections, so I had to charge my phone thru the TV.

The apartment is really nice and new. And the view out of the window is stunning. You look outside and see the park. So you have a great view while also having privacy. The people working there are really friendly and great. We had a great time staying there.

We were really satisfied. We heard the neighbors pretty loudly once, but other than that nothing to complain here.

Looks brand new, very cleanly maintained. Friendly staff and the doorman was so polite he carried our luggage down the stairs for us and NOT for a tip!

The quality of soap and shampoo could have been better.

The location is excellent : central with many local restaurants around . The apartment designed well with kitchen, washer. The bed is comfortable. The staffs are cheerful and very helpful .
