Great location, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. We requested for extra pillows and they were able to provide them. Spacious room! They also gave great recos on where to eat. Responsive on whats app!

I think the bathroom could have been a bit better. I think there was a plumbing issue and the toilet in the room my parents stayed in kind of smelled off, hopefully it was just a one time thing as the room me and my sister stayed in was great!

I love the design and decor everything in the room. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable, soft and scented. The common room in the hotel is functional and convenient. they have free laundry, and some board game for entertainment.

Good location. Easy to go anywhere walking or on bike. Lots of cute local stores and eating options nearby. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The property was pretty ideal. Perhaps only nitpick is that the AC was a bit loud. But not a deal breaker.

I really loved the location of this hotel and the room had a wonderful large window to watch the madness of the city! (Although it may be too loud for some). There is so much good food nearby! The hotel is very comfortable and the staff were very sweet.

I liked the staff. They are really good. Vinh , the front desk helped me a lot. My bag was locked and i didn't get open it. He tried and worked a lot and got it. The bed was ok. The shower was Good.

There isn't a box in the bathroom.

Love the location! Staff were very accommodating. There's a coffee shop on the main stretch that has acoustic nights on the weekends. Was a real pleasant surprise to discover while scrolling around.

The room is big enough to unpack my things from my luggage.
