The hotel is decent, and accessible to many things via cab. At walkable distance there is a good bakery (Tous les Jours - takes card) and a many shops for food; however, cash is necessary to eat in these restaurants, which we found difficult, as we landed on a Saturday night, and banks are closed on Sunday in Vietnam and no ATMs close by. The bed was comfortable, and receptionists helpful when we were trying to arrange things, travelling around HCMC.

The photos of the room, were a bit misleading, as it depicted the room to be a bit bigger than it really was (good photography) . Also the bathroom was very small, and wouldn't close easily.

-Great Location and easy access to most of tourists attractions by public bus or Grab motorbike! -room cleaning service every day! The room was very clean! -laundry service available with a small amount of money. Around 1 USD per kg. - there is a nice cafe on the ground floor! I love it. -there are plenty of places to eat around the accommodation. -staff are so kind with nice smiles and helpful for all needs. Thank you very much! -the room is well nicely decorated and there is a swing to chill! - comfy and not so hard mattress on the bed. I stayed at a single room on the 1st floor and it was so nice stay there. Really enjoyed a chilling time at the cafe on the ground floor to meet friends. I highly recommend for solo and couple travellers and will definitely come back here next time for sure!!

The room was big, comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and there's a lovely little coffee shop below. Easy walking distance to many popular tourist sites, or simple to jump in a grab.

Rather than a window, the bathroom has a hole in the wall covered by a curtain. It means there is a little privacy lacking when using the bathroom. There were a few small ants coming and going but this is very common and wasn't much of an issue. Couple of broken bulbs so bedside lighting didn't work but, again, wasn't a big deal.

Nice big room comfortable for a longer stay, great area, surprisingly quiet at night, close to lots of amenities but not by the crazy area.

More geared for self-sufficient travelers. Staff are not really hotel staff more just attendants. Entering through the coffee shop is a bit awkward but was never an issue even late.

Second time staying this place. Location is quiet. Walking distance to cafe/food places, area of interest and a park. Comfortable bed and swing hammock. Friendly staff.

Bed make some noise if I move around. No elevator so beware if you carry heavy baggage. A/C need some maintenance, area of the bathroom the light bulb need to be replace.

Size of room is great! Bed comfy. Staff very helpful, and friendly! Location is down an alleyway away from the main road so nice and quiet at night. Also, be aware there is no signage outside for the "hotel" - look for "Coffee Hut" coffee shop. Walk in and go up the stairs, reception is part way up. Different set up, but it works!

All good at hotel. (Prices at Coffee Hut are much higher than other shops. Even with 10% discount for guests.

The location was good. Liked the neighborhood. The staff is good.

There was an electric kettle and cups but no tea/coffee. The air conditioner didn't work on the first night. The staircase is quite high and inconvenient if you have large pieces of luggage because there is no elevator.

Lovely appartment with big beds. Lots of space. Loved the hammock chair. We had a small patio. Situated above a cafe so can easily buy breakfast. To find this place look for the Coffee Hut, you have to go through the cafe and up the stairs to check in. Quiet area not far from some of the major attractions.

In the bathroom the shower and wash basin were close together so this area was wet after showering and the water spread to the toilet area. Be aware that the tiles get slippery when wet.

The studio room was beautiful and a great place to relax after busy days exploring. We loved the location as it was an easy walk/Grab to different sights and close to lots of amazing food. The coffee shop downstairs made the mornings super easy as well.

While the room was great it was lacking a few basic amenities like hand towels, and a kettle would have made it more homely.

No breakfast provided but close to cafes for food. Spacious room, comfortable bed and very quiet. There was a bench and sink with an electric kettle but no plates/bowls/glasses or simple utensils. Well located in the centre of the city. Very good value for money.

Communication not easy for us with no Vietnamese as we met no strong English speakers. Manageable situation with friendly staff.
