I had a fantastic stay at Kin Central Park Hotel, located at 223 Hai Ba Trung, District 3. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a touch of elegance. Its location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved the soft bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom was modern and fully equipped, with great water pressure and nice amenities. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

Opposite a large park and many restaurants close by.

The location and help from the staff were amazing. It was also very affordable, which was very good. I also liked the variety at the breakfast buffet.

The quality of the breakfast buffet was not the best, but acceptable for the price and when I went outside, there were plenty of alternatives. Also the room was surprisingly dark haha

It was a great litte place for a day or soto explore and have a break. There was a park across the road. The options for dining were adequte and there is a lane at the back of the hotel for local food and coffee. Taxi companies knew the address.

It was undergoing some renovations which will help the hotel but it was a but noisy. There was some room servicing issues that did not botehr me but may impact you so always ask for a room service daily.

This was in a good location. Friendly and mostly helpful staff. Neat and tidy rooms. The air-conditioning was great and the room was spacious.

My room wasn't made up each day. I also had the cleaners tell me I had to check out on the second of three days. Poor communication by staff between each other.

I had a room w/o window, but for 4 days it was ok. Room is clean, and the people are friendly. Discretion will be preserved.

The breakfast was very nice and all the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. I also appreciate the complentry water, very nice.

There is nothing that I would change, no complaints or issues during my stay.

The facilities and cleanliness were pretty nice for a budget friendly stay like this one. I think i will come back next time when I'm in hcmc

Always coming back to this hotel for the location, value and service. You can beat it They upgraded it since pre covid by adding a new wing and all new staff. I recognized only one person from the previous Administration. Bonus for holding my bag till I returned from visiting other cities. Will return at the end of this month and again in April. You can beat it
